Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Saanich

I tried ordering a pizza online from here but it would not accept Burnside Road West in Victoria BC as a valid street. It would only accept Burnside Rd. East. So I tried calling them and they said that thier computer system could also not find Burnside Rd. West. I assured them that Burnside Road West is a real street in Victoria and that you can just Google it. The woman said that they don't have Google and that she would have to go speak to a supervisor. After 10 mins on hold the line went just went dead. Well I guess the great people of Burnside Road West in Victoria BC don't get pizza, well at least from Panago anyway 🤣🤣🤣. Don’t order from Panago McKenzie. If you do You will get cold greasy food.I placed an order for a med cheese pizza and some chicken bites. Waited till 804 pm when they said it would be est 7:44pm. Well I’ve already placed some paper towel on the pizza to sop up some of the grease and I need to reheat my 10 pc chicken. Being a vegan, I obviously got very excited to try their plant-based options. I ordered the spicy Hawaiian plant based pizza with a side of the gardein chicken bites, the pizza was amazing, but unfortuntely the chicken bites were not vegan 😥 despite me asking three times that my order was all vegan, and them reassuring me it was. It was for sure chicken. My whole family (who eats meat) tried it and gaurenteed it was meat. Too bad cause I was looking forward to trying the plant based ones. I am just glad I never ended up...
