I have been ordering my pizza from this location for the past 5 years I was so happy with your guys service that I recommended my friends and family to your pizza joint. It was great up until the past month where my first pizza of this month was so light on toppings that when I received it I had to add cheese so I called and talked to the manager about my dissatisfaction of the pizza I received and she offered me a free replacement pizzas and I said no thank you iI had to put my kids to sleep so she said she would put it on my account I said thank you and goodbye. So about a week later my father had to come down for a Hospital procedure and after he was done I decided to order pizza for us knowing I had a free pizzas on my account well it turned out I only had 10% off a pizza okay that's fine I ordered my pizza and I received 2 dried out burnt cheese and cold Pizza it was so disappointing so I I just sucked it up if you did them up in the microwave and we sat down and ate really bad Pizza . Well tonight I ordered my pizzas again hoping it was just a new cook but to my utter disappointment when i got my order a houre and 15 mins later I got burnt cheese but the topping amounts were a little bit better but by the time the pizza hit my plate it was Stone Cold to a point where I had to microwave it so as the old baseball term goes 3 Strikes you're out thanks for the good run but I will no longer spend...

Great pizza! I've been coming here for many years and never had a single bad experience. Not sure what these low reviews are talking about because I totally have not had that experience from them. I'm no pizza expert but I've eaten at a good chunk of the pizza places around Victoria and always come back to Ali Baba. They have pizza out on the heater so if you're getting some just for yourself, no need to place an order, walk in and pick up some pizza without having to wait!

Seems like they can be busy, so for those that mentioned the staff weren't very friendly with them, just have some patience! If you were stressed out trying to make great pizza for a bunch of orders, I'm not sure you would want to hang around and have a long conversation either.

The consistency has stayed the same (if not improving) over the years, and for the amount of pizza you get, it's a great deal. They're not cheaping out on ingredients, you can tell it's made with high quality everything and it's quite filling. Not a thin skimpy pizza, its a real pizza! Last visit I came in few minutes before closing to order what they had off the heater (was getting 1 slice, which is actually 2 slices..sorta confusing) and they ended up throwing an extra 1 (or 2) pieces in 'on the house'. Hey I ordered tonight 2 medium pizza's 🍕 the delivery was quick and the driver was nice! I like they always have Pizza by the slice late at night until close.

My buddy said the phone call was strange with the pizza artist. They were asked are you sure you want to order from here? Kinda a strange question don't you think?

Sometimes there's nothing else open and I'm hungry this location has saved me and fed me many times thank you so much 👍but it would be better if was not cold lol. Not too overpriced huge pizza by slice like 2 pieces 😋

Update the pizza that night tasted good I thought but my husband fell ill after the meatlovers was consumed, with nothing else eaten that day its plain to see. Claims it tasted sour upon consumption.

Unfortunately i have not ordered since will maybe try the pizza by the slice again and move on...
