Do not go here. This location used to be good. It seems Starbucks specialty drinks are a thing of the past. They are now only willing to put a small fraction of the flavouring in their drinks. After my last visit, ordered a White mocha, and was served lukewarm skim milk. Today, I ordered two extra shots of flavour, and one extra shot of espresso, thinking maybe this chain is struggling financially and selling expensive water to make ends meet, but what the heck, I'm willing to pay more to get a formerly good tasting drink. Again, I got warm, watery milk. I asked the barista politely to remake the drink. Eventually she did, but it was once again just warm watery milk. I also ordered a cookie while at the cashier, after I paid she informed me they were out if cookies, and no refund offered. Starbucks has closed hundreds of locations, it is so very obvious why. A truly astounding drop in quality and service, I will no longer support. I suggest to all readers they save themselves the frustration visiting Starbucks now involves, and move on to one of the many, many other coffee houses in the food and beverage industry that still understands the importance of customer service and product quality, that...
Read moreA coworker and I went through this drive thru And order our selves two drinks. After ordering once we were at the window to pay for our drinks my coworker only had a fifty dollar bill on her , when she reached over to hand the barista the bill she was struggling to reach the window as she had a bad frozen shoulder she kindly said “ can you help me reach “ the barista snatched the fifty out of her hand and then when returning her the change and bills my coworker had her wallet open and ready for the change and bills away as fast as she could and the barista had the two drinks in her hand my coworker again reminded the barista to please give her a second to put the bills in her wallet the barista “ OKAAAAYY WELL THIS IS HURTING MY SHOULDER SO JUST LET ME KNOW WHEN YOUR READY THEN” in a rude sassy tone , this girl was blond and in her early twenties. She then slammed the window and as soon as she did that we were reading as she might have been waiting 10 seconds ( However long it takes the average person to put their change in their wallet) this was extremely unprofessional and not a pleasant way to take a break from work (...
Read moreI’ve been a regular at this Starbucks location for a while, but what happened today has left me shocked and deeply disappointed. I placed a mobile order for the Spicy Falafel Wrap — a vegan option I always go for — but was instead given the Spinach, Feta & Egg Wrap.
As a vegan, and for religious reasons, I do not consume eggs. I trusted the order was correct (as I always have in the past), took a bite, and only realized after the taste that I had just eaten egg. This isn't just a mistake — it’s a violation of my dietary and spiritual beliefs, and I can’t put into words how unsettling that was for me.
Yes, the manager did issue a refund — but honestly, no refund can undo what happened.
I’m writing this not out of anger, but as a warning to others with dietary restrictions or religious considerations: Please triple check your order at this location. Mistakes like this can have serious emotional and spiritual consequences, and they deserve more than a casual apology.
This will unfortunately be the last time I ever trust this...
