I've been to other Tim Hortons but this was the worse treatment I've received so far. I was waiting to get my food but I couldn't ask them any questions I had or anything because another lady was (didn't seem like a customer) chatting away with the staff member and seemed to me like they were talking as if they were best friends who met after a long time and definitely not about an order or anything like that. The point is she was blocking the entire area so I couldn't get my food when it was given out. I ordered food to have in the restaurant and they put it in a bag for a to-go order I had to tell the guy it was an order 'For here'. And then the guy went back and put them on plates and gave me a tray to put them on and even then those two women were chatting away and didn't even move. When i sat down to have my food then only i found out they have given me a grilled cheese sandwich instead of the bacon grilled cheese sandwich I ordered. Also, they had no condiment stand when i could get some ketchup or mayo, and they didn't even ask me whether i wanted ketchup with my potato wedges when they gave out my food. I had to go back and ask them and then only they gave me a few ketchup packets. Absolutely worst treatment and it wasn't even a busy time! Never going to this...
Read moreI really hate to leave bad reviews but this location has taken a huge dive over this last year. Every time I go it takes way to long to get just 1-3 drinks. They never get my order right anymore. My go to drink is a medium light iced capp with roasted hazelnut. Based on the fact that most locations do not find this a difficult order I can only assume the current staff just doesn't care that they get it wrong. They always forget to use 2% milk for the order instead of cream and I don't order it that way to be pretentious. I'm sensitive to dairy fat. I hate confrontations too, so when I ask it to be made properly the way i order it and the staff gives me a look like they just want me to leave then I stop asking them to remake it. Yes that parts on me, but seriously? Just make my order the way I order it! I'm not going to go to this location anymore. I'm tired of them giving me diarrhea because they can't be bothered. I'm tired of them claiming they didn't make it wrong, me trusting them and paying the price. I'm tired of them acting like my business is an inconvenience! I know this won't make any difference to chain like Tim Hortons, but I hope this review notifies this locations owner that their current staff is at least costing them a smidge...
Read moreI am becoming very frustrated with this location, which is too bad because I like it as it is close by. My gripe is that it is supposed to be open 24 hours, however, for the past 6-12 months it has been closing at 10:00 pm WAY too often!! At least two to three times a week! They tape up a notice on the door explaining that it is due to "staffing issues" (or sometimes give no reason), etc. Now, I understand if this goes on for at most a month, maybe a month and a half, but this has been going on for about 6 MONTHS to a year now. It is time to fix your staffing issues! I have even seen customers sitting inside after 10:00 pm while you have the doors locked and deny new customers entry. Ridiculous!
To add to the review, I must say that all times I've been there and have had to use the washroom they have been in hideous condition. You can tell none of the employees clean them often enough.
