Rock N Deli — Restaurant in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

We got the roastbeef bacon trio and upgraded our fries to a poutine. The roastbeef bacon sandwich was surprisingly excellent. The bread was perfectly toasted. Soft on the inside and lightly crispy on the outside. The sandwich dressing was great too, not too saucy or wet. The meat was hot and tasty. The poutine was good. Unfortunately the coleslaw salad was spoiled. The smell was foul and we both took a bite and spat it out. Really gross. We have coleslaw salad regularly so it was shocking that we were served a rancid one. Price is kinda expensive (23$ for the sandwich, poutine upgrade, small coleslaw side and fountain drink) but the sandwich was really delicious...

We tried Rock'N Deli since it was the only halal smoked meat place that we could find. It is located inside the mall, and it was not open at the time listed on their website, so we had to wait a long time. We never tried halal smoked meat before, but overall we enjoyed the dishes. We were excited about the smoked meat sandwich but ended up enjoying the smoked meat poutine more. I would visit again to try other items, but I won't be trying any sandwiches since the bread was tough, and the sandwich was very dry. There is also an option of just buying smoked meat, which can be an excellent option to make...

I went to this location last week and had a rather negative experience. One of the cooks was eating on the job and checking his phone. By the time I noticed this I had already ordered. He seemed oblivious to the fact that people were watching him. I wouldn't have been so critical in this review were it not for the fact that when reaching out to share my feedback I was ignored (it's been over 4 days now).
