Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Saint-Charles-Borromée

I don't know where to start. This was a terrible experience all together. While sitting waiting for our appetizers we notice the hostess refusing all walk-ins saying they're only accepting reservations while the entire restaurant only had 4 tables occupied including us on a Sunday night. Families, couples and groups were all refused entry. When one family was insisting the hostess offered to seat them at the bar. Really lady? You want to seat kids at the bar? Isn't that illegal? They ended up leaving too. Regardless, it took us 25mins to get our appetizers and we still haven't gotten our utensils napkins or even water! When we asked she gave us a dirty look and had a gentleman bring us the necessary. 45 mins later we got our meals. We weren't even hungry at this point. Pizza was cold and my daughters pasta was hard and undercooked. The entire meal not once did our waitress come to see us to ask if we needed something. We had to ask different staff for water and napkins. When it was time for the check she made us wait another 20mins as she was "busy" in the back. The staff was all joking and laughing in the back and there was no service being provided to the customers. Sad. Boston Pizza lost several customers that night by the staff refusing to seat them and something's for sure we will never return to this...

Right off the bat, the service is awful. Our drinks stayed at the bar for at least 15 min. It arrived literally tap cold at our table. I understand the understaff situation and I don’t have a problem with staff having fun and taking shots at the bar but it felt a little rude when everyone is waiting. Fries were overcooked and the pasta sauce was super liquid for a creamy sauce (even though the pasta were dry). I mean still we liked the food but it wasn’t like the “usual”. Disappointed. Une expérience gastronomique délicieuse malgré quelques écueils

Je suis récemment allé au Boston Pizza et j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'excellence de leur cuisine, en particulier leur wrap au poulet thaï. Dès la première bouchée, j'ai été transporté par l'explosion de saveurs exotiques et l'équilibre parfait des épices. C'était tout simplement incroyable !

À tel point que, à un moment donné, j'ai presque cru voir Jésus, vêtu d'une tunique blanche, marcher dans la pièce, accompagné de ses apôtres. Pierre, avec sa barbe éparse, Jean, au regard bienveillant, et Thomas, scrutant chaque coin de la salle avec une curiosité infinie, suivaient leur guide spirituel.

Cependant, il s'est avéré que c'était juste moi, complètement transporté par la délicieuse sensation du wrap, presque dans un état de béatitude culinaire.

Cependant, bien que la nourriture ait été à la hauteur de mes attentes les plus élevées, je ne peux pas en dire autant du service. Malheureusement, il y avait quelques lacunes à ce niveau. Nous n'avons eu droit qu'à un seul service d'eau pour toute la durée de notre repas, ce qui était assez décevant. De plus, il n'y avait pas de sel sur la table, ce qui aurait pu être facilement remédié mais qui a malheureusement altéré légèrement notre expérience. En outre, nous n'avons jamais reçu notre entrée, ce qui était un peu frustrant.

Malgré ces petits désagréments, je dois dire que la qualité de la cuisine a compensé ces défauts. Le wrap au poulet thaï était si délicieux que je suis prêt à pardonner ces erreurs de service. Cependant, j'espère que ces aspects pourront être améliorés à l'avenir pour offrir une expérience encore plus satisfaisante à tous les clients.

En conclusion, si vous recherchez une expérience gastronomique délicieuse, je vous recommande vivement d'essayer le Boston Pizza et de goûter à leur incroyable wrap au poulet thaï. Vous ne serez pas déçu par les saveurs exquises qui...
