We went for steak dining and service from the server was very not up to par right away. We were not satisfied with the steak and right away asked return one of the steaks and server was not helping . The server Pointed the steak almost touching it. Saying the steak would be better in center if he keep eating it Had to argue and request the manager as the server did not wanted to return it Suppose to be high end service. Made it clear that it is not…. Very inappropriate servers and service. The only reason we gave it 2 stars it was for the manager service, she was good …. We will never return or recommend

C'est une première de donner 3 étoiles à ce légendaire restaurant qui ne nous avait jamais déçu auparavant. Premièrement, depuis le changement d'administration, les prix ont considérablement augmenté, sans parler du fait que maintenant, on doit payer pour avoir une sauce alors qu'elle avait toujours été fournie avec les steaks.

Nous avons également constaté que la soupe à l'oignon laissait à désirer.. Soupe fade avec beaucoup trop de fromage, à peine fondu. Ma soeur avait pris les croquettes de jambon à 19$. Le centre était encore froid, bien que les croquettes avaient visiblement été frites. Je dois tout de même admettre que tout le monde a apprécié son steak et chacun a été satisfait de sa cuisson. Le service n'a pas été à la hauteur du prix que l'on paye. Bien que polie, la serveuse a pris du temps à venir prendre notre commande et elle n'est pas revenue nous voir à chaque service pour s'assurer que tout était à notre goût. Pour ce qui est de l'ambiance, c'était décevant. Le restaurant, qui avait toujours l'habitude d'être bien rempli à l'époque, était tristement vide en ce samedi soir. Bref, notre visite n'a pas comblée nos attentes comme à l'habitude et nous hésitons à revenir. Selon moi, il y a clairement place à l'amélioration et ce, à tous...
