Coq-O-Bec — Restaurant in Saint-Eustache

I am currently here and a bit disappointed upon placing my order. Upon asking the waitress if I can replace my fries to rice or vegetables in my meal she has mentioned that they do not do this or if I wanted to replace I needed to pay an extra. If there an extra amount to pay WHY is it not mentioned on the menu??

If I go to St. Hubert / Scores or any other restaurants they do NOT charge any extra! And it’s is written: specified on their menus!

Just received my plate and VERY disappointed ! I ordered a Chicken Burger and honestly I had better ( photo will be attached)

Also my mom is with me, she ordered a Chicken Poutine and she as well is very disappointed! Her poutine is cold and the sauce has chunks/lump's!

This is not the first we come here and usually it’s very tasty but tonight we are VERY disappointed!!! It’s our last time coming here!

Great tasting chicken, and the sauce is delicious too. Service is ok at the counter but the kitchen seemed a bit slow on the times I went. Mostly go for take out and I have had to wait 10 minutes sometimes. Nous sommes clients réguliers chez eux mais malheureusement c'est terminé. Nous commandons une grande poutine au bacon. Arrivé chez nous, nous constatons que le bacon est cru et que les frites ne son pas vraiment cuite. Nous appelons au restaurant et l'interrogatoire commence ! Vous l'avez acheté il y a combien de temps ? Avez vous la facture ? Combien de bouchés vous avez mangé ? On peut vous faire un crédit proportionnel a ce que vous n'avez pas manger ou vous en refaire un autre. On demande d'en faire une autre. La réponse ? Amenez la en magasin et si on estime que vous en avez pas seulement un peu on va vous en refaire une autre. Nous somme sincèrement outrés d'un service à la clientèle...
