To our shock and disgust, our delivered food from Fu Lam contained maggots. Yes, you read that correctly—maggots. It is both nauseating and alarming to think that such a severe lapse in quality control and hygiene could happen during the preparation and delivery process.
Furthermore, the consequences of consuming contaminated food were immediate and severe. My wife fell violently ill shortly after consuming her meal, exhibiting clear symptoms of food poisoning. It was truly distressing to witness her suffering due to the negligence and lack of proper food handling at Fu Lam.
The fact that such a grievous oversight occurred in the delivered food from Fu Lam is utterly unacceptable. As customers, we entrust restaurants with our health and well-being when we order food for delivery. The client in front of me was complaining about them making mistakes all the time on his order, to which the cashier responded you just need to call us next time same day and we'll compensate for the next order. So when I got home and realized they had made a mistake I called, everything is fine, she apologized for the mistake and say I will leave a note so that you can get the same item for free next time since it's our mistake. Once settle I hang up. 1 min later I get a callback, the person on the phone says she checked with the cook and he's 100% sure he didn't make a mistake, she continues to argue with me basically calling me a liar. She argues non-stop and hang up on me. I've never seen that kind of service from a restaurant. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE....
   Read moreExtremely disappointed 😞 We ordered through UBER eats and our order was missing food, the food. Also one of the plates was wrong and with already picky kids they ended up not eating any of it. When I called back to let them know instead of fixing the problem they offered us a credit for our missing food. And the lady (manager) was extremely rude not helpful at all and kept saying how busy she was. Hopefully with all these reviews they will stop being busy and start taking care of the customers.
We will not be using the credit because we will not be ordering there again, (at least 15$ worth) and truthfully I simply don't trust that she will not spit in my food or anything else.... Zero professionalism and theives ...
