Ate here today (Saturday), the restaurant was pretty full but we still got a table for 2 right away 🙂
You order with a tablet, which is way better than writing on paper... 👍
the waitress didn't ask if we know how to use it tho (since it was a new concept to my girlfriend) but it's pretty intuitive and didn't need much explaination 🤷🏻♀️
It's all you can eat and you can order as many rounds as you want plus you're not limited in how much you can order per round 😋
I suggest not to order too much things at once tho, so you still have space on the table and you're not getting filled up right away 🙃 (Also it says they charge 1.50$ for each piece you don't eat, we didn't find out if it's true, but i think it's a good thing)
As usual for sushi restaurants you have soya-sauce on the table and can use it as you wish 👍
for wasabi, etc. you need to ask, which was not so easy cause the personnel seemed pretty busy tbh and we needed to wait until someone came around for the second time 😐
they still did a good job except when we got a plate once that was probably meant for another table, we told them and it didn't happen again (also thankfully we didn't miss anything) 🙃
Other than that they were pretty nice and always made sure our glasses didn't empty 😅
Oh! Almost forgot to rate the food itself lol: I was really good and compared to other places the quality was same or better 🙃😋
For ppl who don't like raw fish: (idk why you would go there in first place) But you can also get full there without eating any fish, they have enough sides and fried stuff that's super good as well 🙂👍
the price is higher on weekends...but still okay i think (we payed 38.49 per person) but as i said: all you can eat...so if you bring hunger, it's...
Read moreYou do not expect high gastronomy at Kenda Sushi but the food is nicely prepared . Called a few days in advance and asked for a reservation but they do not take reservations after 6h00 for less than 6 people. We waited 30 min to be seated . You then order off an samsung tablet. We ordered our first round of sushi and the food was at our table within 3 min. Tasty but you can tell that the fish is frozen and then thawed for service. We realized that they did not bring everything that we ordered. Spoke to the waiter and the rest of our first order came after some food for our second order had arrived. So far so good but this is when it gets weird we start getting food that we did not order. I tell them that we did not order that and they take it away saying that they will check the tablet to see what happened. More food comes to our table that we did not order. Explained again that we did not order this and the waiter grabs the food of the table and yells "can we check the f ing tablets" to his manager. I look at my wife and said ok let's get out of here before they bring us more stuff. The head waiter says he s sorry for the waiter's outburst. All is all not a very good experience....
Read moreWe are new to the area and my husband wanted to take me out for dinner. We were craving sushi and someone recommended this place to us. I can honestly say it was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Definitely not worth the $100 we spent. Firstly we were not familiar with the process. We were seated and they walked away. We had to call them back. I can absolutely appreciate that as a business you do not want people to over order however what if you don’t like what they serve. We ordered a variety of dishes and as each one was dropped off we hoped it was better than the last. Even the avocado roll tasted off!! How do you botch an avocado roll. It would have been tastier food if we had gone to the food court at a mall. Definitely not worth the value. Quality of food was disappointing. Service was ok. Will definitely...
