Edit: Changing my review for the better. First it is the only Tim Hortons in the Area still opened 24/7... which is a Shame... come on Tim Hortons... Pay your god damn night staff a better salary. Night shifters and delivery peoples still need that dose of coffee without having to drive miles...

Tim Hortons was a staple 24/7 establishment even when in the middle of freaking nowhere.

About my previous review, the whole staff mostly changed for the better and it shows. They are more attentive to allergies and requests. And outside of cream instead of milk in my coffee, the staff that didn't understand how to make a sandwich are gone.

But I'm still leaving 1 star for the atmosphere because they let teens swarm the place and be obnoxiously loud and undisciplined. 6-10 teens screaming from 3 tables away is a comon sight at this particular spot so if you enjoy sitting inside and relaxe for a chat or use the wifi for some work. Your better off anywhere else where they don't fear controlling the chaos. Old Review: Do yourself a favor and move to the next one if you want anything more than coffee. There is a bunch of Tim Hortons in the region less than 5-10minutes away from this one. Out of the 5 last time I stopped there, the order was never right. Grilled chickens means grilled chickens, not eggs, not only tomatoes, not slice of turkeys, not flaked chicken... GRILLED chicken......

I came today to order and they gave me the wrong order so I went back so they could fix it and I added a wrap as well. They fixed my previous order and I was about to pay the wrap that I added they kept messing it up. I told them that it was only the wrap that I need to pay but they added an ice cap and a pie with it for some reason. I repeated myself 10x to tell them that it’s only the wrap that I added. J’arrive et la caissière vient de prendre une commande. Je suis devant la caisse. Elle part lentement sans rien dire. Un autre employé vient ouvrir la caisse pour probablement fermer la caisse sans rien dire. Finalement, étant ignoré, je vais à l’autre caisse. L’employé prend ma commande et met le muffin dans un sac en me disant d’attendre au comptoir pour la réception de mon café. Après plusieurs minutes d’attente, la première caissière remet le breuvage à une fille qui a commandé après moi. Je lui dis que je n’ai pas eu mon café médium 2 crèmes commandé il y a plus de 5 minutes. Sans dire un mot, elle marche très lentement vers la cafetière et revient très lentement sans dire un mot. Un service très médiocre avec des employés qui se foutent des clients. Les tables et le plancher sont rarement propres et personne dans le personnel ne semble responsable du service à la clientèle et de la propreté. Il y a toujours un groupe de 5 ou 6 jeunes au fond du commerce qui se réunissent bruyamment et qui ne consomme rien. Ils sont tolérés et ça dure depuis des mois à tous les jours. Un endroit à éviter si vous voulez manger dans un endroit tranquille, propre et avec un service à la clientèle courtois et polie.

La réponse aux plaintes au service à la clientèle est toujours la même comme vous pouvez le constater sans toutefois qu’il y aie d’améliorations . Je dirais même que le service empire avec les nouveaux employés. Désolant, il fut un temps que c’était un bon endroit...
