McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint-Jérôme

I just did a mobile app order at the Walmart McDonalds in St Jerome, Walmart. I was a few mins late because I made keys in Walmart. The McDonald’s manager Felix was awesome and understanding and friendly (btw this would have been a 5 STAR!). Until i took a sip of my ice cafe extra cream and no sugar liquid, but there was sugar. Its ok accidents do happen, BUT the young cashier was rude and dismissive, are you sure? Yes, i know the difference with or without sugar in the ice cafe! She reluctantly made it and hands it to me BUT no straw lol?! I ask twice and ignored me, the next client had to get her attention to inform me of a straw. Garbage service clientele service from the young cashier 1 Star but Felix raised it up, sorry Felix but because of her its only a 3 Star. Suggestion: re train her to be friendlier and more...

I didn't know that all McDonalds locations were not equal, this location, within a Wal-Mart, is very tiny. It only serves about 20% of the usual menu, so, no Quarter pounder, no angus. You pretty much have only the Big Mac, the McChicken, some wraps, McNuggets and the kids meals. I got the McChicken, it felt like a joke. A small chicken patty, misplaced, lettuce just thrown in randomly, no care given to the presentation. The patty taste watery, what a mess of a burger. It's McDonalds, so the old adage was true, the ice cream machine was broken hahaha. Just go to any other better options for fast food burgers nearby and save...

It's a McDonald's. I worked at one too. So why are they so lost? I got my order messed up twice in a row once. Now this week, I am sick to the point where I can't talk. I tried using notes and they still managed to get me the wrong order. Some of the staff are rude and it really makes the difference in the service and ambiance of this restaurant.
