Le thé d'Auréa — Restaurant in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Very uncomfortable and sterile business, felt like was waiting in a Dr office. The drinks weren't very good would not go back again. Disappointing service and extremely rude owner. Feel that he doesn't grasp what being in the hospitality business actually means. (also bizarre weird smell that comes from the can spray they use to clean the tables) - The waitress was nice though.

Sorry for making the assumption that it was the owner, he just seem to be. The older man that was working that day was very rude. In addition, I did not get or ask for table service like the person responding assumed.

Very disapointed. First of all how can you this a bubba, bubble tea if you dont even have tapioca pearls? Second of all prices are higher than everywhere else. Third, I ordered coconut and it tasted like unsweetened plain 2% milk. I dont see the hype over this place sorry but...

This place is so special to us. Great service all the time and the teas are personalized. The ambiance is soothing. We were sad when they moved because their first place was so charming. Their new location feels a little more industrial but...
