KFC — Restaurant in Saint John

Slow service incorrect orders and sarcastic delivery drivers. I placed my order at 620 pm it never arrived until 730 pm as someone who spent 25 years delivering food for restaurants this is unacceptable. There were supposed to be 2 pops I with a zinger combo and one 591 ml the one for the combo never arrived experience told me to not bother complaining as the two other times I did I was informed at 800 pm that they were doing no more deliveries for the rest of the night again unacceptable. This is something that happens too many times at this restaurant.. Once the food finally arrived I was in no mood to congratulate anyone for shoddy service as I was unsure whose fault it was the driver was not tipped I only tip when it is earned with good service perhaps it was not the driver's fault unfortunately I had no way to know that as I know from experience slow service is generally something equally shared between the restaurant and delivery driver, however this driver was rude and sarcastic once he figured out he was not getting a tip he said sarcastically thanks for the tip. At that point he was lucky I accepted the order at all this type of behavior from a delivery driver that is the face of a restaurant is disgusting and tonight's experience tells me the next time I want fried chicken to go to Mary browns.. An extremely dissatisfied...

I hard the worst experience that I ever got at KFC located on the West side if Saint John NB. We went in to get an order of chicken tenders (40 pieces) with fries , gravey and Cole slaw, I waited over an hour to be filled. While they continued to sell several orders for other customers, Then they filled our order, the filled our order … 10 chicken tenders, (they didn’t have 40 tenders,). 10 pieces of thighs and wing pieces, and chicken nuggets. I feel when a customer places an order they should not have to wait so long because it doesn’t take that long for an order to be filled. Also, they spoke in their home language looking at me and laughing. This is very ignorant! Love when they have chosen my homeland to be there new home and then they treat us like second rate people. This is my country, please respect it and our people as we respect...

Today I decided I didn't want to cook so my friend and I went to KFC, Saint John N.B. (West) to order a bucket of chicken. It's not something I do often. My order came to $46 + change (incl. HST) - which, in my opinion, is far too much money for bad food. The chicken must have been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. It was so dried out you couldn't cut it with a knife...completely inedible. We were only able to eat 3 of the 9 pieces (we ordered the 10pc bucket). I'm in the north end so returning it was not an option. If you're expecting something fresh, you might as well just get the coleslaw because that was the only enjoyable part of it. KFC should be embarrassed selling this. Now I have to find a way to get rid of it and it's not my garbage week. I'm not happy at all. Terrible experience. I'd give zero stars for the...
