Edit 05/10/25: Everything is generally great most of the time. My only complaint these days is when I get an egger and the English muffin wasn’t toasted at all. Eating a soft room temperature English muffin is off putting. This happens maybe 1/10 times.

Edit 10/22/24: I am rarely asked to pull forward anymore. The only times are when it’s lunch/dinner rush and I’m asking for menu items that have eggs, which makes sense. All in all the chances they’ve made has been welcoming and I thank the team for adjusting their process to improve our experience.

Original: I’ve been a regular at A&W, visiting once or twice a week because I genuinely enjoy the food. However, my experience has been consistently frustrating due to the constant delays. Almost every time, I’m told to pull up and park, resulting in an average wait time of 10+ minutes. On top of that, I often have to wait to place my order, meaning I end up waiting twice. If they took my order when I drove up, it might alleviate some of the delay. It’s becoming a significant conflict because, as much as I like the food, the waiting time is making me consider other fast food options. I hope A&W addresses...

I was astonished by the quality of this particular branch. The whole restaurant was clean, the food was tasty AND well presented (when does this ever happen in a fast food restaurant?!) but most impressive of all was the service. I sat there sitting and observing for about 30 mins while I ate. In that short time, I witnessed 3 different staff members go out of their way to go above and beyond what is expected of them to communicate appropriately with clients and ensure they had a good experience. An elder woman got her food served to her at the table (the system is usually a "we'll call your number when it's ready, come get it"), a kitchen staff came to the front to apologize to a delivery driver that his order was delayed a few minutes (literally only 2 mins), a cashier went back to grab the selection of sauces available to show an international woman who was unfamiliar with them so she could make an informed decision. This all during a rush and no one there waited more than 5 minutes for their order. This team is amazing....
