Chef Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Saint John

Worst place. Not sure how it’s still in business. Went there to order one authentic dish, she told me it’ll be 30 minutes. 40 minutes past, asked again how long.. she said if you order something regular, it would have been quick but we only have one chef and that’s why taking long. She said to wait another 30 minutes. On top of this, didn’t even give us water and at the very beginning.. we were sitting at the table for 10 minutes over hoping someone would come take the order. Last night we tried this restaurant for the first time and we were not disappointed. From calling in our order to picking it up, the service was awesome and very friendly. The food was piping hot and it smelled sooooo good in the car that I'm glad we didn't have far to go before being able to enjoy it. It was delicious and the amount of food in these 2 chef's choices was incredible ... enough left over for two more full meals and then some today. We will definitely be going...

Ive only ever ordered the combo dishes. I continually come back here when i am looking for that chinese food kick. I rated 4/5 stars only cause I have not been a fan of the lemon chicken (to sweet for me) or the honey garlic spare ribs. Its not that these were bad as they tasted exactly how you would expect its just that it wasnt to my taste. Portion sizes are beyond generous.
