I had a fantastic experience with a very caring and understanding staff member Sunday 7-21 My 4 year old son is autistic (level 2) and wears ear protection , as soon as we arrived upon seeing the headphones the staff member offered to lower the music since it wasn’t busy and later when my son was upset the ceiling fans weren’t on (he loves ceiling fans) they were happy to switch them on for him , these small accommodations are huge for us and the fact they were offered without me having to ask really made us feel welcomed . We came in and there was no obvious place to talk to someone about our booking. Once we found the reception counter the girl could not find our booking because the person who booked us in did not follow proper proceedure. Once we got to our lane we had to wait 5 mins for the previous players to go.
