To echo another poster on here this subway is wildly inconsistent. The most recent issue I had was when the gentleman preparing the subs for me and my partner was continually touching his turban/hair/headset/radio buttons/waist and then with the same gloves when back to touching the food and applying the veggies etc. I understand he was busy but it grossed us out enough we ended up throwing away $25.45 worth of subs. The owner, Jason seeley assured that it would be addressed and friendly as he is I felt compelled to post this review since we are out that $25 of food when regularly going to this location up to three times or more a week. I might go back someday but going to take a break for now. We should have been offered a replacement sun for the issue. The guy preparing the subs was nice enough but needs coaching of which the owner seemed to indicate would happen but we are out $25 and subs are expensive $$$ these days. Probably won’t go back which is a shame because they were otherwise decent as not all subways are the same. Anyways, I always put 1 star to get the review noticed because of the numerous “false” 5 star reviews driving up the average - common issue on google review. If subway did more to make things right with the customer immediately then I could easily justify a 3 to 4 star rating. In the past I had fruit flies in several sandwiches but realized most complaints are just acknowledged at best and I’m told how great subway is compared to other franchisees. When it costs me $13 per sub on average I expect more than a simple acknowledgment. I have rarely complained but felt it was important to add my thoughts and feelings here....
Read moreI've used this subway with the app and in person. I cannot stand ordering my subs for a specific time only to get cold "Toasted" subs that were made 20 minutes before pick up time. I was at the store early and the bag of subs had been left sitting on the counter for atleast 15 minutes before my pickup time and weren't brought out until 5 minutes after. Not to mention the subs were not full and did not have the proper amount of meat on it. Truly disappointing that they cannot make fresh subs when ordered on the app. When I talked to someone about this, they told me I HAD to come back in if I wanted something done about this even if I don't have a vehicle to get back. It's nice when places offer you discounts or coupons.
I'm updating this for the 3rd time now to add on to the horror story. We used this subway a few days ago and while I was there the worker tried to make my steak sub with 1 scoop. The sad part is that we order this sub all the time and we know for a fact that it is 2 scoops for the footlong. Extremely disappointing that this has happened again. Someone needs to get rid of this worker. Also a lot of the reviews mention a lady messing up, I bet I could tell you...

Employee put 3 olives on. Advised not to be shy and add more, and they doubled the amount to 6 pieces of olive. Not sure who sets the minimum standard on olives but this seemed ridiculous.
When I asked for more they pointed to a sign that says they have the right to refuse to 2x ingredients.
Asked if I I’m understanding the “rules” correctly and if I could pay extra. They advised they do not “have a button for that” and there’s nothing I or they could do to get the sandwich to my level of satisfaction.
If I wasn’t in a rush with my daughter, I would have walked out with half the sandwiches made and left them with the cost.
