Linn Chau — Restaurant in Saint John

The food is delicious but the customer care is Horrible!! I ordered food on a day they had 1/2 price items on their app. I ordered a couple hours early knowing there'd be a wait. I don't care how long the food took. That's perfectly acceptable! However I received 2 separate confirmations of my order saying it was approved 4 minutes apart. I decided to call and make sure my credit card wasn't charged twice as I paid online. I was speaking to one person and then they abruptly passed the phone off after I had explained what had happened. The person that took the phone said "what's the problem?" in a rude way. I politely explained it again as I know they're under stress. She replied with "It's in, we got it but printed 2 copies since we didn't know if we had printed it off, ok bye" and hung up before I could ask if they had my delivery address. I called back and asked if they had it. The same person told me they already had It, and I told to her that I had to enter it on a different drop down menu, and it wasn't entered before I paid, so I didn't think it went through. So she Said she'd write it down, but didn't listen or write down my name or order to connect them together. Fast forward 15 minutes and she calls angry that I never gave my delivery address online, and that I need to pay $9 delivery. I asked her if I could check my receipt to see if I had already paid, but then she yelled at me that she was cancelling my order if I didn't pay it. I let her know I have no problem paying delivery, but would just like the opportunity to check my own receipt to see if it was paid or not. When she came back to the phone I let her know that it was my mistake, and I hadn't paid for delivery yet. She said "Well I don't know what your problem is, if you're trying to save $2 or if you think we're paying your delivery". I spoke calm, I tried to be understanding. The Manager is exceptionally rude when she doesn't need to be. I know they were under stress but there was no reason to talk to me like that, and that is a sure way to turn away...

We ordered tonight for supper placed our order at 4:25pm on the order online options. We waited till 5:35 I called was told the order would leave the kitchen in 5 minutes. I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant so again waited till 6:10 to call and see where the order was I then received a call from the driver who was at the wrong address but was 2 houses away. At 6:35 I then called again and asked what happened I then asked for a discount the person on the phone offered me $5 off that's less the the delivery charge. I then asked to speak to the manager I was given his number. In the same time I was talking to the store the driver called again and told me they'd be 10 more minutes. So I called the manager who wanted me to pay $20 for food that was driving around for an hour and half already. I told him I thought he should refund the whole order he told me he couldn't cause he has to pay his driver the same driver with my food for the last hour and half. I canceled my order and told him I won't be back he suggested I try the place in Golden Grove. I loved the food here and sad to say I won't be back or ever...

I ordered 2 combos online and selected my pickup from the available times. The wait said my order would be ready in 40 minutes. I got to the location at exactly the time that was given to me only to be told I had to wait an additional 30 minutes, this was extremely frustrating as I value my time and a quick phone call telling me about this could have went a long way as I entered all of my details before placing the order you figure this is the least they could do when doubling the wait time. And when I finally got home with my two combos for 54$, they seem to have not even bothered to read the instructions I asked for Lo main noodles instead of rice, and sauce for the chicken balls on side as me and my wife won’t eat it all. Rice heats up horribly and sauce on the chicken balls makes them soggy when saved. It would have been nice if my order was correct as the food is actually pretty good and I waited double...
