The location itself is beautiful, the young lady at the counter was super friendly and cheerful. That said.. the gentleman handling the hot food items was incredibly grumpy, did not say a word to us, and lightly tossed our bag with bagels (after waiting 8-10 mins) without a smile, a word, nothing.
