McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint-Lambert

If you want food poisoning definitely order from here. We ordered a ranch snack wrap which normally consists of a chicken strip, ranch dressing, grated cheese and iceberg lettuce. What we got was a stale tortilla with a SLICE of cheese for hamburgers that was tepid and caked into the tortilla bread as if it had been sitting out for many hours. The meat inside was an old patty for chicken burgers sliced in half. Having worked in restaurants in the past I can tell the patty was also many hours old and not warm.

The junior chicken was tepid and the mayo was starting to get weird. The 3 mcflurry we ordered were not stirred, just plain vanilla ice cream with all the toppings on top, spilling all out of it which is messy considering one had syrup

The Diet Coke AND ice creams were not housed in a drink tray in the mcdelivery bag so when we opened it the Diet Coke was laying on its side and the Oreo bits were falling all over the place.

I had ordered waffle fries and received a large REGULAR fry that was COLD not even tepid, and when I tried to reheat them they were all soggy and disgusting.

Thankfully McDonald’s refunded us when we called the mcdelivery service number but this specific location ALWAYS get something wrong and dramatically so every single time I mistakenly give it a chance. The glaring food safety issue of serving old soggy meat and cheese is also worth reporting to MAPAQ which I will do and recommend that anyone else does if they experience something similar

Whatever brain dead people are letting this level of service be the norm need a wake up call before someone starts pooping blood.

I’ll add that awhile ago I went there through the drive through for a caramel cappucino and waited 35m in the drive lineup. When I got out with my drink it was a cup full of warm milk with no coffee or syrup in it which was disgusting to accidentally sip. I went back and waited again and they redid it and this time it was just warm milk with some caramel syrup in it and no coffee. I just poured it in the sewer grate and left it wasn’t Even worth going back to have the zombies...

This location seems to get worse with every visit. They are severely understaffed, so I'm a little bit forgiving generally speaking... But when after 15 minutes of waiting for a mobile order and you can finally flag someone down for their attention and inquire about the delay, they realize that it was completely forgotten about (but the coffee/hot chocolate were made), and it takes almost another 10 minutes to finally get your order but also we're told they've ran out of a certain muffin, that's all a big issue for a fast food restaurant.

They at least did make a fresh coffee and hot chocolate because the original ones had been just sitting there getting cold during all that time.

If you go, order by drive through if you have a car as they seem to prioritize the window much more than the people inside the restaurant. We weren't the only ones stuck waiting for way longer than acceptable.

It truly wasn't very busy inside Saturday morning when we were there, but there was car after car after car getting their orders quickly, we could see the drive through window from the counter. I understand being short-staffed, but upward of 30 minutes of waiting for a couple of McD's breakfasts isn't acceptable even at the worst of times.

You can do better, McDonald's, just by paying attention to the customers. No one seemed particularly concerned about a handful of people just waiting around the counter for orders. When people that arrived after us got their breakfast, it was clear ours was forgotten!

Not sure if we'll be giving this location another try anytime soon. Judging by other reviews,...

Consistently not good. Fries once were cold, harsh brown was cold, coffee was cold. The sandwich was very roughly assembled. Got wrong order few times. They had a poster saying family 20 pieces chicken nuggets meal for 14$ but when I asked the cashier she had no idea. Asked the manager she was not sure and randomly saying I need to get the deal from the mobile app. I purposely download the app to validate and it never mentioned such deal. And months later the poster is still on their front door. Just avoid this branch if possible.

Extra: I have no choice but to come back for quick take out. Made mistakes and over charged. Staff refused to admit fault and claim cannot be refunded.

Update: summer 2019, this branch never disappoints me with negativeness. Look at their unfiltered iced coffee.

Update: summer 2021, ordered twice from this branch using web order. The curb side pick up took much longer than drive thru ( it's 8:30pm on a Wednesday). First time they got me the wrong item. The second time I was missing the burger and at the end I still need to walk in and follow up while I had to leave my kids in the car.

I will continue to log my ordeal with this branch just for the sake of it.
