Allô mon Coco Saint-Sauveur — Restaurant in Saint-Sauveur

The menu options were endless at this breakfast place in St-Sauveur. As soon as we walked in a hostess greated us and seated us at a booth. It wasn't very busy since it was a 10h30 on a Wednesday, so someone came to our table straight away. She was super nice, and came over many times to check on us.

I ordered the Gourmand, two eggs, pancakes, jambon, sausage bacon, potatoes, and bread (comes with coffee or tea and a couple of fruit slices) everything was really yummy and flavourful. The bacon was perfectly cooked and the sausage not greasy at all or overcooked like some other places. I leveled up and payed an exyra $5.45 for the special potatoes which consisted of cheese, bacon and caramelized onions. Yum.

My son had the chicken and waffles dish, which also came with potatoes, bread, and bacon. Chicken was actually pretty tasty.

My husband had a crepe with jambon and cheese, eggs and potatoes. Also came with bread and coffee.

We definitely had alot of food for our money and we ended up not eating for the rest of the day.

The atmosphere was perfect. The music was not overpowering, the lighting just right, the red padded booths super comfortable. The bathrooms were super clean although I'm not a big fan of the mixed use bathroom. The AC was on a bit too high for my taste, but everyone else seemed to be okay.

Start: Took them 20minutes to get us coffeeand then we had to go ask for someone to get our order after another 15mins of neglect! Order in: There was 4 of us, 3 had wrong foods in our order! Missing bread, sauce, wrong type of eggs, drinks missing etc... Correction: Took them 25 mins to correct some and I stress some of the mistakes, and still we had some items Wrong but at that point we were hopeless they'd get it right. At this point we were promised a discount for everything going on! The Bill: after being neglected again for over 20 mins we had to go and ask for the bill, it came back 10 mins later with no discount! We asked for it to be applied, the waitress comes back 10 mins later with a 5$ YES a 5$ discount!!!! I kid you not At which point we just wanted to get out of there, paid the bills and left.

The food: Eggs tasted like plastic - Toast is Burt and charred - 4$ for a small side of maple syrup! Nothing tasted even decent!

Stay Away...

Not incredibly impressed. Went a couple of months ago.

Gave two stars because the place is clean and there is decent parking.

Inexperienced waitress. Service was incredibly long, potatoes were undercooked (I ordered the veggie casserole), extra avocado i ordered arrived black (and conveniently hidden under my eggs…as if I wouldn’t find out?), veggie casserole had bacon bits inside it…

Wanted to order a mimosa, waitress scoffs and says that they don’t have their license yet. Which I was confused about because we had alcoholic drinks at this location previously. Before I said anything else she says “c’est parce que ses mimosa contient d’alcool si tu savais pas ma belle” while laughing at me.

They voided my order and I left her a little tip but I won’t be back based on principle.
