I was very disappointed with the service at this establishment. I absolutely LOVE the food there. Their sushis are simply wonderful. Unfortunately, my family and I made the mistake of ordering online for pickup. When we went to pick it up, we made sure to tell them we had two different orders. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding, and they only gave us one of the two orders, telling us, « Here is your order! » We only realized the mistake later when we opened the bag we left with. We had to go all the way back, which was a 25 minutes drive each way. At the store, they were condescending and offered no compensation for the mistake. This is truly disappointing and a poor example of customer service. I simply don’t understand why they did not call us to inform us that our second order was not picked up, or why they were so disagreeable about the situation.
Edit: Still disappointed in the service of this place after my review. Although a misunderstanding happens, it is the way an establishment reacts that marks the quality of their service. Unfortunately, we were met with a lot of blame on our side from the beginning, and the antagonizing way in which they replied here shows it has not changed. Read moreMy girlfriend isabelle ordered from sushi taxi Saint sauveur and it took 2 hours for the food to arrive at the door. The uber app was showing her that the order would arrive at 7:05 the latest 7:12 and we just got our order at 7:36 pm. I asked the driver why so long and he told me the restaurant put a delay of an 1 hour meanwhile the uber app was showing a different timeline. I'm really upset especially that it 1 hour and 40 minutes to get our order. I called Uber support and they told me the order was sent when we placed it. Uber clients are just as important as walkinns or people picking up for takeout. If it's gonna take about 2 hours for us to get our order at least let us know. There is other sushi places we can order from and have ordered from that are prompt on the timeline uber shows.
