Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Saint-Sauveur

My fiancé and I went to the Sushi Shop and are very pleased with our experience. She say the this will be her next favorite place to go buy restaurant food. The cashier was very nice and also the cook. The portion size of the sushi were generous and the taste fresh. My fiancé told me she never saw as much as veggies in a sushi and was very satisfied.

I would strongly encourage you business to open up some Vegan option. If you are afraid to put this word on your menu, maybe saying ‘’without animal product’’ or ‘’animal friendly’’. Vegan is coming more and more popular and people that are vegan talk a lot between them in the community. That could give you even more visibility.

There is a big difference between vegetarian and vegan. Having one or two more animal friendly sauce (without eggs) is very possible has I am also a good vegan cook.

Just got back to my room with my tuna poke bowl and to my disappointment I had a tuna and salmon bowl :/ I noticed the chef mixing up the fish but assumed it was for another meal but saldly no! I know Tina is expensive but I paid for tuna...I expect tuna! That’s low...real...
