Manager is super rude. They served 4 other cars at the other microphone before taking my order. Usually they will alternate between the two ordering lanes but no they only served the left lane and finally served me after 15 minutes of wait at the drive thru microphone. They took my order, confirmed my order, I said yes and went forward. Arrived at the window the manager starts saying i should of waited for the other lane to finish their order, I mentioned that 4 cars that arrived after me was served first because they would only take order from that one lane. Instead of being sorry she gets defensive, say that it was a new employee taking the orders and tells me that I need to learn to be patient. I WAITED 15 MINUTES SITTING AT A QUIET MICROPHONE ONLY TO SEE ALL THE OTHER CARS GO TO THE OTHER MICROPHONE AND BE SERVED BEFORE ME. EVEN THE PERSON SITTING BEING ME BECAME IMPATIENT FROM SEEING THAT WE WERENT BEING SERVED AT ALL. ALL I DID WAS BEING PATIENT. Read moreThis is the single worst Mc Donalds location I have ever visited. From the manager trying to get their drive through employees outright killed, to wait times well exceeding 20 minutes, cold food, rude staff and clueless operations... steer clear away from this useless location, one with no regards for the safety of their own employees.
Frequently, the drive through check-out will inform customers to park across the lot in the mobile pick-up spots to wait for their order. There are only two spots, but often they're sending 5-6 cars simultaneously to wait out for over 15 minutes. This creates a tight passage for customers to drive into the lot, and makes drive through exit difficult. This results in a perfectly deadly scenario for the employee delivering the actual orders. They constantly have to walk back and forth through this squeeze, each time taking risk that is far too high for a crappy Mc Donalds job.

The first problem is our order wasn’t made correctly. The second time we got there at 10 with the app saying that it was still open until 11 and they told us they were closing🤷♂️.
A few days ago I ordered two trio on the app and once we get to the window they only hand me one of them and a singular burger. Like where the hell did the fries and drink go 🤷♂️ fix your app it doesn’t even work properly
