Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Salmon Arm

The staff was friendly and the apple fritter, which are my weakness, I got was fresh which makes all the difference in the world (referring more to the freshness of my donut. I wish I could let an employee know, at Tim Hortons, that has authority over freshness that the taste completely changes the donuts. because when they're not fresh, and they are not always fresh, it's disappointing to a fritter addict like me, however, I'd say most of the time they are. I don't know Tim Hortons, either pull up your socks or separate your restaurants licenced name and, the words, Always & Fresh because the donuts are not the only thing that have declined in freshness and overall ingredient quality. 😕 Confused Timmy's? Well, you would be the only one then because no other Canadian doesn't know this. I'd personally rather see a 20% price increase over a 3 year period and the quality of food improve to where was 10 years ago then let inflation, invisibly, lower prices and food value decrease some more. Did I say that out loud? I still enjoy the coffee and the odd food item but if the food quality decreases anymore and my personal income increases I would have to say coffee would be the only thing I would ever ingest from Tim Hortons anyone. Oh, and that is one thing I can always count on... the great, unique and non-replicable coffee...

Donuts taste fake and are usually put in paper bags so you get a donut without anything on it when you pull it out. Or they will smash two together in a bag.

They have a similar curse as McDonald's where their Expresso machine is always broken but its usually not cleaned.

Anything with "egg" in it is absolutely disgusting if you don't drown it in the disgusting chipotle sauce they use on everything.

Coffee taste like dirt or diabetes in a cup. No in-between. The ice water is good.

language barrier with English is nightmare at times. Haven't tried french yet it being the second language of Canada and all maybe it'll go smoother.

Used to go more because of cheap coffee but even that is now more expensive than McDonald's.

The renos are nice but it doesn't make up for bad quality. The AC is perfect though.

First trying to order take out was a joke. The gentleman speaking through the speaker spoke way to fast and he repeated the menu item 3 times and I still could not understand him. I ordered a bacon flat bread that maybe had one strip of bacon chopped up that was sloppily across the center. He ask about a sauce but could not understand so I said yes as long as it is not spic hot. We'll when I opened the nox, what a disappointing flat bread. It lacked any form of topping and was tasteless. My wife ordered a chicken lime wrap. When I tried to order it the only word I recognized was chicken and maybe crunchy. I tried her wrap and it tastes like one of tacobells deasater!! Chicken stew in a wrap. I think it was chicken but who knows.?
