True Love Pizza — Restaurant in Salt Spring Island Electoral Area

I was born and raised in Naples, Italy, and True Love's pizza is one of the closest to the Authentic Neapolitan Pizza I have found around the world. The fact that the dough is naturally leavened makes it stand out. While this is something that has been gaining traction in Naples as well over the past couple decades, sourdough pizza is not particularly common, even more so in North America.

Pizza is delicious and perfectly cooked. Ingredients are fresh and of high quality.

Just ordered some pizza's this evening for the first time from True Love Pizza - Margherita's - absolutely delicious. We are so impressed that we have access to first class wood-oven pizza of this calibre on the island. Highly recommend! Michael. Addendum - one month later. We had Margherita pizzas again this evening from True Love. Even more delicious than the first time - they seem to have the secret with the amount of olive oil - almost the best part. Also tomato sauce and thin crust are superb. Thanks for some of the best pizza we have ever had - and were talking Italy too...

The pizza was excellent. Tried a pepperoni and a Margherita. Both were unique in sauce and toppings while also having that delicious, chewy and toasty flavor you want from a sourdough crust. In fact, the crust is really what makes these pizzas giggle with happiness. What actually blew our minds though was the service. We wrote negative reviews about the service, and the owner took the time to reach out and apologize.
