I had a wonderful experience with this business. It was my first time trying boba tea, so I had absolutely no idea what to expect. The menu is presented well, making ordering very easy. I understand that boba can be customized in almost an infinite number of ways, which could cause a lot of difficulty for people like me with no knowledge or experience, but it is very customer-friendly.

The staff was excellent. She was polite, cheerful, greeted me with a smile, and genuinely seemed like she enjoyed her job and was passionate about it. I have no complaints about the customer service.

The atmosphere is very nice, also. The store is very new and fresh. I love the layout and design. It is a smaller store, but they were wise with the design, making small tables that are built onto the wall, saving room while providing places to sit and enjoy your order.

The boba itself was very good. It was different than anything I've had before and was a pleasant surprise. I had a great first experience, which has lead to me wanting to try it again with new flavours. It is a little pricey, but it seems to be the average cost of boba, so it is fair.

I only ordered a drink, but the employee did offer a donut (great upselling and customer service!). I did think that the donuts looked pretty, but seem small for the price. The Oreo donut, for example, only had a half an Oreo on it, and it is small. Obviously, when compared to a Tim Horton's there is a huge cost difference, but I assume the quality is different, also. I didn't try one, so I cannot comment on taste.

In summary, it was an excellent experience and I am glad I tried this place. I hope more people give it a try, also, and hopefully are as pleasantly surprised as myself. I will be back again in the future, and I really want to see this company succeed and excel. If you want to try something new, or if you are a boba connoisseur, this is your place! 5 stars...

I ordered three Bobas . Every time I ordered a Boba, the guy behind the counter, kept referring me to a ready-made signature one. He wouldn’t respect my order. I did not end up getting the drink. I wanted that he claimed was the same. He also did not have coconut Boba for a new establishment, which is a big deal when he only offers five varieties of boba .. And he was trying to offer me jellies, which I didn’t want.

Then he asked if I wanted a tray I said sure. The bottom of the cups are curved about an inch high and the tray that they provide is just over an inch. I lied the drinks flat in my car in the very first turn I took which I took very slowly you can imagine what happened. I lost my entire drink, which was a milk tea. Now I need to get my car detailed. Because the milk will smell. The design of the tray with their cups is horrible. I would be very careful if using them not sure why they would make a tall glass with rounded edges like that to begin with.

I find them not to have a lot of variety . Compared to the other establishment in town. The place is very small and crammed. It’s difficult to be in there with five people.

Also The donuts are nothing to write home about.

You would think they would be Phenomenal when charging $22 for a half dozen.

These guys are out to lunch. I will never go there ever again. Even my kids did not like...

My sister and I went here for the first time last night and had a wonderful experience. Staff were so kind and our drinks were so good!

I got the Brown Sugar Milk Crema and my sister got the Roasted banana milk tea. It’s not too big of a size and I actually finished it. The ones I get from other shops I have a hard time finishing because they only come in one size which is gigantic but I like this shop because they sizes are just the perfect amount for me. I’m excited to try some more flavours and the doughnuts next time I go.

Only issue I had was that the music was very loud and it was hard to hear the cashier speaking and it is a very small cafe with not a lot of seating but we took our drinks to go anyways so wasn’t really an issue but if you wanted to sit down and drink/eat inside it might...
