Lonzo's Kitchen — Restaurant in Sarnia

I recently visited Lonzo’s in Sarnia and had an absolutely amazing experience! I tried the falafel wrap and chicken wings, and both were nothing short of spectacular.

The falafel wrap was a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The falafel itself was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with fresh herbs and spices. The wrap was generously filled with fresh veggies and a delicious sauce that tied everything together beautifully. Every bite was a taste sensation!

The chicken wings were equally impressive. They were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful meat inside. The seasoning was spot on, and the accompanying dipping sauce added an extra layer of deliciousness.

The service at Lonzo’s was top-notch as well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great meal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

The worse customer service I have ever received. The tall guy with muscles at front was absolutely rude.

I went there 30 min before, he showed no interest in taking order. Seemed he was in rush doing closing.

So, I ordered strawberry milkshake only. He didn't fit lid intentionally. Just put it on cash counter and walked away. No strawberry syrup in it.

Didn't allow me enter in washroom. Very very bad behavior.

Owner, please note this. The tall muscular guy on 1st Sep 11:35pm 25min before closing.

I just want to let everyone...

After talking to your manager about feeling like being ripped off from false advertising as your website states you get a glass jar with it. So we ordered two why not support the small business. Getting milkshakes in a plastic cup with just strawberry syrup and vanilla ice cream. I bring it up to the manager and she gets irritated stating they only use the best products and screaming at me and cutting me off multiple times. I had to explain basic math to her as receipt states 8 99 a milkshakes she argued and said 5.99 a milkshake. She kept getting irate I asked to talk to owner and she replied he's out of town. You only talk to me not him she says. She offers another milkshake I said no I only ordered it for your lonzo cups as I stated I wanted to support this small business. Oh well to...
