I ordered delivery on the website of Mary brown And the delivery person said delivered but was not at my door was left in the entrance where anyone off the street can get I then proceeded to speak to the supervisor from Mary browns and he was not knowledgeable or even friendly or empatazing dint care about customer service this is where this come in play that Mary brown will receive continously bad review as long as this guy stays employed I will not recommend this place to anyone this guy should be terminated or demoted bad customer service I would rather go to KFC even if pricy or greasy as the have better service the supervisor dint even want to give his first name I there for call bad supervisor bad service and it a shame that he is employed here I will not order again n I will spread the word n even post this one social media I work customer service so I know how it work this is canada not india or any other country The time was 6.50 pm on July 12 2024 This evening check who was the supervisor on duty as he dont care about ur customers u will lose business this way,...

What a joke! I went into MBs and there were two staff members audibly arguing about which orders went where; whether they were drive-thru or counter orders. By two, I really mean just one. The younger girl (redhead) at the counter had the situation under control, it was the older staff member in the back (tall, blonde lady) who was trying to run the place from the fryer. The lady in the back then came out front to "help" the counter girl and served the guy who ordered after me first. She then mistakingly lined my food up for drive-thru. That was noticed and promptly fixed by a third staffer who I thanked. I left the store shaking my head, and could've lived with the bad experience without airing it out, but when I finally got around to eating my food the order was wrong!
