I received the Wrong Order and they charged me more and they wouldn't fix my order it was a very busy time. I took my order in to correct and get what I asked for not what someone else had ordered. I'm not going back there. I even spoke with a Supervisor a short Man with dark hair in his early 30's perhaps. Rather then fix my order he argued with me ? Like, wait - what ? Why argue with a customer when I was only trying to fix my order. I was not even upset. But he was upset at what ? For me inconveniencing him during this busy rush hour time? I'm guessing ? This was not making sense. I said "Sir can I just speak with your Manager" ? He told me the Manager would just tell me the same thing. I said that's fine Sir ... your manager please. I was quiet and nice. He would not get his Manager. I wasn't going to complain about him. I just wanted my order fixed. That's not asking for too much is it ? I didn't even care about my extra $5.00 that I paid. I just wanted my correct food. Just swap it out and call it a day. Keep my money. I just shook my head and said (forget anything I said). I did not want to argue with him or anyone. I said just forget it all. lol I left in disbelief. Maybe I was being Punked perhaps I thought. lol I just left. I was beginning to feel frustrated. I said thanks for your time and polity left. He said Madam don't forget about your bag of food. I said it's OK. I can't eat that stuff inside ... enjoy lunch on me. lol lol lol I betcha he just tossed it out which I would of done anyway. They should use a Video of such with real life people in real life situations for their Customer Service Training in the section of How NOT to treat your customer and how NOT to argue with Customers who is not arguing with you. lol I will just never go back there again ever. Read moreok so we go threw london rd mcdonalds which as a most ppl know is the mcdicks i worked at for about 2 year so i know the tricks they pull we asked at the speaker box for a brand new batch of fries we were handed our food which was old soggy fires drinks not full old cold nuggets for dad n a big mac without hot meat i then sent back drinks n fries asking for new ones n was by then told by a manager named collin well when u wait in ur car for 5 mins with ur food its good get cold in this weather but we checked our food as it was being handed to us( we did not sit with it for 5 mins then come back through the drive thru) no biggie they filled up our cups n gave us new fries i then again checked our fries which again were still not fresh . now being upset about our cold ordered food that we were giving 2 times i go into the store n ask for new fresh everything pulling more then 10 fries outta the box that were soggy n placing then on the counter n asked for new food yet again i was told i shouldnt have sat in my car with my food to make it cold when i was giving what should have been all new food i checked my food yet again n my fries were not even close to full i said something about them being half full and i wanted them filled up i was then told that i slammed my fries down on the counter which i did not do which made the fries sit like that in the box and the he wouldnt be filling it up having worked there i should know how they fill up the fries needless to say we got our money back n wont be...

My son and I received our meals and after sitting down I proceeded to eat a couple fries, when touching them I knew instantly they weren't hot enough, warm at best and borderline cold. After explaining to the supervisor she replaces the French fries with another order promising they would be hot and I would like to add that she was pleasant with me. To my disappointment my fries were no hotter than my initial order so I decided that I wouldn't be complacent and with a willingness to be friendly and understanding of the business that I've also worked in for years I decided that this was unexceptable and would ultimately get my hot fries. To my disappointment after pointing out my fries were no hotter and communicating with the same supervisor that these were not hot or fresh she explained that they just came out of the fryer I let her know I've worked with and have eaten hot food many times ... not wanting an argument I thanked her for her time and told her to have a nice day.
