I've only been here three times for a coffee, and one of these times was quite abysmal; the service was just well below any standard.
I went in (the drive thru was quite busy) to a completely empty restaurant. My order was simple (in my opinion), two black coffees, one regular, the other half decaf/half regular. I arrived home to find one had a significant amount of cream and the other, I didn't know if it was half decaf because they were not labeled. So I returned and went through the drive thru this time (with the coffees to show I wasn't pulling some scam, but was told they could not take them back...no offer to dispose of them however?).
I was met by two rather rude, unapologetic staff members, as though I was a huge annoyance to them. I asked to please label them, this though was not done, but I believed it was since I saw the labels, but again upon arriving home (obviously my mistake here) both simply said "black coffee).
My husband stopped me from returning again, and we've decided to make use of our coffee pot going forward, it's just not worth the headache or $5 down the drain.
On a more positive note, Janice (who I encountered earlier mornings on two occasions), is an absolute sweetheart, great at her job, fast, efficient and extremely kind and humble. She deserves better than this location. You are...
Read moreWhether you get properly done food in a timely manner with good service is incredibly hit or miss. It all depends on who's working that shift. There have been plenty of meals where ingredients or extras I had on the receipt/order were forgotten, but there have also been just as many meals where everything was properly put together. It's so hit or miss that I just don't order meals anymore, I just order a milkshake. I won't order McFlurries anymore because I've been handed McFlurries that are barely more than half full, which is shameful considering the price, tbh. The milkshake is just cheaper and I'm at least guaranteed it'll be full. As for the service, that depends on who's working what shift as well. I've had perfect service from smiling and even conversational workers, and borderline rude service from grumpy workers. I understand having a bad day, but as someone who's been in the service industry too, I know how damaging it so to take a bad day out on a customer. The best service so far has been from the younger staff, for whatever reason lol I just wish the service and food was consistent because as it is, I don't trust it when I pull into the drivethru and just stick to a milkshake...
Read moreAfter I ordered my meals I stood back and observed. I wasn't too upset my order came after 15 minutes - everyone who came after me came and left. I was impressed how management dealt with many customers complaints of orders being done incorrectly. Management listened and did not ask to see the bill, argued nor made the customers feel unimportant. He, management, just corrected the order asap and the customer were out the door.
After I left with 2 take out meals the only complaint I have is with the spicy chicken meal; sloppily put together. Very little haberono sauce was placed only on one edge of the burger, not much lettuce and what there was most of it was in the carton.
Plus. Great friendly service. Lots of fries in the container. Tasty coffee and tea.
