Lost a customer forever! Now I understand in normal circumstances it is unacceptable to return underwear however, when they cost $40 a pair and come in a sealed box that hasn't been opened, there isn't a reasonable excuse why they can't be exchanged for a different pair. THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVEN'T BEEN WORN. I will never shop at this...
