Very upset with the quality of my order! Our pops were extremely flat, the fry supreme was completely soaked in sour cream and cheese you couldn't even see the fries, they turned out very very soggy and wet. To top off my terrible order they forgot lettuce on our tacos, all 4 of them... I took photos off all of it but can't upload them here. I tried to call and ask for a manager or when one would be in and got hung up on. I will try to call again tomorrow during regular business hours and hope to speak to whoever is in charge.
They also have no where to recycle. Majority of there products are served in recyclable bags/boxes/cardboard and its ashame you only have an option to throw it in the trash. I believe this is a corporate issue not only this location. I will be sure to call their corporate office and find out if there is anything being done about all the recyclables...
Read moreI'll start with the pros of my visit: the tacos were hot and tasted good and fresh, also they made a mistake and gave us an extra taco than what we ordered (hopefully we weren't charged for it because she did not out a reciept in the bag)
The cons were: the entire ordeal took 14 minutes exactly from order to receiving our food, with no napkins or sauces. The fries were squished together in the container and not hot and were 'soggy' for lack of a better word. The quesadilla wasn't cut (or was barely) so it made it difficult to eat, and the cinnamon twists has barely any cinnamon.
The server seemed very rushed and when we hesitated on what drink to get she interrupted us to tell us to just order it at the window. I'll chalk that up to assuming it is very understaffed (also would explain the wait).

My friend said his order for the first two people, two boxes and two drinks. Then ordered for the third person, one box and one drink. When we got to the window, the card machine was basically stuck out immediately, which is weird and a little rude. Then our order was given to us, two drinks and two boxes. We asked where the third box was, the staff seemed extremely confused and flustered. I think they just squished the same food into a different box. There was at least three employees working on this, all quite confused. We didn’t end up getting the food, nor was it on the bill, thankfully. Not sure what was going on there. Maybe it was...
