2 for 1 Family Pizza 🍕 Brighton — Restaurant in Saskatoon

AVOID! Ordered pizza at 715pm today. Scheduled delivery was 8pm. 8:15 pm and still no pizza. Called location and asked what happened. Was told the delivery driver is doing a "triple delivery" and would be about another '5-8 mins'. I was going to be delivered cold pizza after being made to wait 30 mins after my quoted delivery time. We canceled our order. NEVER pay in advance, especially for these reasons. So disappointing. Update: 8:25pm manager called, stated the delivery driver was 'stuck' and she would resend out our order. We passed, and ended up getting delicious pizza from Panago...

I took my young niece for a pizza. She is autistic. We both were treated very well, but my niece was treated with such kindness and compassion, not to mention patience. Apparently they do not make sure they have their items in stocks before confirming their skip the dishes orders. Leaving customers to deal with skip for refunds and waiting days for the funds to return to their bank account.

Edit: skip has terrible customer service response to get the refund in the first place. I couldn't get ahold of them and my refund was issued to my bank card. As of February 4th the refund has not...
