Thai Express — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I got the pineapple dish. It was just under $18 including taxes. I was hopeful that considering the price it would be a large portion but was disappointed. It was essentially breaded chicken and a bit of rice. I actually really liked the amount of chicken in the dish. I just would have preferred it have more veggies and maybe a just a little more sauce/rice to round it out. The flavour was not what I was expecting but it wasn’t bad. I don’t think I’d return again. At these prices I think I’d get more for my money at Red Pepper or somewhere else. I ordered to go and I’m wondering if that might be one of the problems. Every time I come to this restaurant they leave me so amazed with everything. Starting from the customer service to the food quality and quantity. First off the food is absolutely amazing and not only that, they are not stingy and are so generous with how much they give you. I’ve been to other locations and they never give me what I pay for but here you will definitely get what you pay for if not even more. The workers are so kind and caring for their customers and the restaurant is always clean. Overall 10/10 experience with everything. I placed an order on DoorDash, but I'm missing one bottle of lemon tea from my order. When I called the restaurant, they claimed it wasn't on their system and they were also out of lemon tea. However, I pointed out that I'd been charged for the tea on the app. They asked me to come in and show them the issue, which defeats the purpose of ordering through DoorDash.
