I really like this Edo but just had a bad experience this time, the woman working the cashier took my payment and while waiting for the food to be ready she was on her phone and didnt wash her hands before she started playing with the lid while talking to the cook which then went on my food, she had her fingers on the inside of it and then when she went to handle my food she put her thumb inside the container to put the teriyaki sauce in. I really don’t want to be stickler but I really prioritize food safety and am the worst when it comes to germs, and I hate seeing someone use their phone and then put their fingers all over what touches my food… she was definitely a nice person just may need to be more cautious of...

Did a mobile order tonight only to have to wait an entire hour from order confirmation to actual food in hand. Finally asked for a refund for the sushi I ordered as it was taking so long and the employee making it didn't know what she was doing. They refused to refund me saying they couldn't. Instead kept asking me not to report their inefficiency and lack of service. They repeatedly stated if I reported it they would be fired not even apologizing for not fulfilling my paid order.
