They do have amazing management and staff that are the key to any successful business. I hope they are rewarded accordingly and paid above market value. It is SO important to retain and reward staff that add great value to a business. We want to keep seeing the same faces and experience the same great service every time we come here!! And words go a long way, let them know you appreciate their efforts when you visit!
Just another update to say things are still fantastic and better than ever at my favorite burrito spot! So nice to go to a place where all the staff are pleasant and you feel appreciated! Thanks to all the awesome staff at this location!!!
Update: Dropped in last week for a burrito, super stuffed and fantastic as always! All the staff have been pleasant and accommodating. Special thanks to Prey on this visit and prior, always amazing service and also suggested some other menu items to try which were also super tasty. This location is the only location I will go to. Thanks for the great food and service!!
This restaurant has by far the best value for the dollar and tasty burritos I've found in Saskatoon. My large burritos have been super stuffed with always fresh and hot ingredients. It's impressive watching them try to roll the burrito without any ingredients falling out or tearing the burrito. I definitely recommend this place! I hope they continue offering the same value and goodness. I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere only because it's usually too cold inside and the seating isn't comfortable, but that's fast food...
Read moreBeing a regular customer today i faced a very disappointing service from Meet who proudly claimed himself the manager . Stepping in first of all no greetings from him then upon asking bbox he said its pork day so i said can you replace it with chicken he said it would be an extra charge which normally other staff does without charging extra but still i said fine please do it im in rush but i dont know for some reason he got offended and dint cook my burrito well when i asked him to make it well done and it wasnt . Secondly he dint wrap the burrito which every other staff does and when i asked why dint you wrap it im eating it cold he said i cant do it thats our policy . Why dont you guys stop every single staff member from doing it then . The guy i usually see is so welcoming and he definitely knows how to make the customer happy .. but i felt this meet is a racist the way he was treating me like what would you guys lose by wrapping up the burrito. I want an answer from the owner itself. Even that guy proudly said talk to whosoever you want to I AM THE MANAGER HERE …i had to throw it and left the place without eating .. such a shame on you people ill definitely make sure me and my friends dont come here when so called manager meet...

I’ve gone to BarBurrito more than 3 times now, and this time for some odd reason the staff was so rude and had no interest in helping me.
I work at starbucks which is right across BarBurrito and I decided to go there for my lunch break, and when I went there, the staff just looked at me and didn’t even bother to smile and engage with me whatsoever. Also , the girl that was helping me was very impatient and showed no interest in helping me, she was also chewing gum while making my order which made me feel uncomfortable and unappreciated. And what made it worse was the way she was looking at me while I was taking my time to look at the options, she sighed and rolled her eyes when I said, “I’m sorry, I might need a minute to look at all the options here”.
