Woohoo, let me tell you about our super awesome time at Booster Juice! 🚴‍♂️☀️

So, me and my boys were riding our cool bikes around, and guess what? It was suuuper hot outside! 🌞 We were like, "Hey, let's go to Booster Juice and get some yummy drinks to cool down!" 🍹

When we got to the store, it was all nice and neat. Like, everything was shiny and clean, and it looked so fancy! 😍 And guess what? The people there were really nice and friendly too! They said, "Hello!" with big smiles and made us feel super happy! 🥰

We picked the most amazing drinks ever! Mango smoothies were like a tropical party in our mouths, and the Banana Strawberry one was like a sweet hug from a strawberry and a banana! And don't even get me started on the Strawberry drink – it was like drinking a bunch of strawberry giggles! 😄🍓

Oh, and guess what? All the drinks were sooo delicious and yummy, I couldn't stop sipping and slurping! It was like a taste explosion in my mouth! 💥🤤

Friday April 16 at 7:30pm I came into the store to get a snack size matcha monsoon. The girl working did not acknowledge me coming into the store and continued to ignore me while she was writing out tasks from the closing checklist at the front til. Once she was done, she didn't apologize for the wait, which was long and awkward as I was standing right in front of her. I gave her my order and specifically asked for the matcha monsoon to be made thick. What I recieved was the equivalent of a cup of almond milk with a hint of match and some floating chunks of vanilla frozen yogurt. As someone who worked at a booster juice for 5 years through high school and my first couple of years of college, I have never seen someone show so much incompetence at making a smoothie nor lack of care for a customer's requests. There are no excuses for her behaviour or poor quality and it's disappointing to see someone like her representing a company that I enjoyed working for for...

Usually I have a great experience at this location but unfortunately there was an extremely unpleasant girl working tonight. She was rude and seemed like she hates her job. I ordered a quesadilla and she didn’t even acknowledge that she heard me or say anything. I assumed she had and proceeded with my order. After slamming my booster juice in the counter she proceeded to head to the back to do dishes. I asked if my quesadilla was coming and she throws open the grill says “it’s in there. It had to cook for 3 mins or it raw. I can give it to you now if you want.” I was thrown back by her rudeness and slamming of the grilled so I declined her offer to serve me raw food. When it was done, no thank you or even a napkin. She went back to slamming dishes around. Worst experience ever!!! If you don’t like your job just quit and find a new one. No need to abuse...
