To the Manager/Owner of this location,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the repeated poor service I’ve received at your location. For the past three Wednesdays, I’ve come in around 11:00 PM specifically for Whopper Wednesday, only to be told each time that the broiler has already been shut down.
I work night shifts, and my shift begins at 11:30 PM. This is the only time I can stop in for a quick meal to go, and it's extremely frustrating to be consistently turned away—especially when your posted closing time is 12:00 AM. Shutting down essential equipment before closing time not only inconveniences customers but also raises concerns about whether your team is adhering to franchise standards.
It appears the staff may be closing operations early out of convenience rather than following proper procedures. I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed promptly, as it reflects poorly on the location and the brand overall.

Read moreFood was good but customer service was horrible. Went through the drive through and ordered a combo and a crispy chicken sandwich with cheese. The woman taking payment couldn't be more aloof. No "Hi", no "thanks for coming" practically tossed the food in my lap.
Upon looking in the bag, it was the wrong chicken sandwich and they left off the cheese. Upon going into the restaurant, the girl from drive through saw me coming and ran to the back (and right out the door, as I was told by my friend in the vehicle she stayed out there, then going back in the moment I came back out). They didn't provide the correct sandwich, just put cheese on the one I brought back in, which I'm ok with in the end. I didn't get mad, didn't raise my voice, just told the girl behind the counter the problem. She did manage a "sorry" as she handed me back my sandwich.
It was the horrible customer service that is the reason I won't be going back to this...
Read moreI strongly don’t recommend eating her purely because of the service and attitude. The worker gave us a sandwich with bacon in it which we don’t eat for religious reasons,, it was a sandwich where it doesn’t even come with bacon so that made it even more upsetting but mistakes happen and it was no big deal she only had a couple bites. The issue was when I went in to ask for a new one, the staff was so rude about the mistake, no remorse whatsoever not even a “sorry about that.” I saw the cashier tell the cook and the cook just rolled her eyes and I heard her mumble about how it’s not a big deal, mind you I was literally apologizing about the inconvenience and was being so polite. Their attitude in handling it was so infuriating, like giggling and whispering about me just mean girl behavior.
