Burger King — Restaurant in Saskatoon

The Burger King on circle drive needs to step it up at night and be better at their drive-thru service. I used to be an Assistant Manager for the restaurant years back, and I've noticed that the service and food has just been declining since then. I work overnights at a different business and at 2am is when I have my 30 minute lunch break. Since BK is just around the corner from my workplace, I was hoping to receive my food quickly since I was at the speaker box as soon as I arrived and go. I ended up behind a truck that was waiting at the window for almost 15 minutes getting their food.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches for a co-worker, and a whopper combo w/mozzarella sticks for myself, no ice in the drink, with zesty sauce in the bag. Also, I wanted my receipt for the chance to win a PS5 that BK is advertising.

Finally, when I got up to the window, the cashier, which sounded bored and lazy, took a very long time getting my order bagged and I waited another 5 minutes for him to finish dealing with another order that came in at the speaker box when he could have been bagging my order, and getting the customer's order punched in the till.

When I finally got my order, there was ice in my drink, no zesty sauce, he didn't give me my receipt, and the food was cold.

I totaled 20 minutes from the time I arrived BK to the time I left. Only 10 minutes left for me to eat before I had to go back to work.

Burger King needs to be better like it was 5 years ago with kind, fast service at ALL times of the day, fresh food, and attentive cashiers that want to be there. What happened that night was...

Stopped in as a last resort due to other restaurants being closed. I had not been to a Burger King for over 15 years and during that time they have really fallen!

I ordered the pancakes with a bacon and egg sandwich, and a large pop. When I recieced my meal I noticed all three pancakes were squashed into a 4×4 inch paperbox and they had no butter, just syrup. I then went to get a fork and knife. All they had were wooden spoons and forks. The forks tines were insuffient to cut and pick up the pancakes. I also had the take apart my paper box and lay it flat to eat my lackluster pancakes. After attempting to eat two pankcakes I decided to unwrap my egg & bacon sandwich. It looked terrible, all flattened and over cooked like someting out of a 1979s truck stop diner.

I didn't bother to continue eating the rest of my meal. I took it all back and asked for my money back. The counter person was good,but the cook had an attitude. Asking why I had eaten two pancakes. Which doesn't matter except that I get refunded for my disappointing meal. I then asked for the,manager, who presented the same confrontational attitude. I demanded my money back and she just left muttering to herself. The counter person refunded me and I left.

There appeared to be a big lack of understanding how the restaurant business is handled in Saskatchewan by these three women.

I'm never going back. This type of attitude doesn't belong here. The sooner this Burger King location is shut down the better. There's many other worthy restaurants in this...

Are we blind making burgers —- absolutely no care in placing the cheese on the burger. Worst customer service ever. Save yourself the trouble and skip this location. Absolute worst customer service and probably the worst quality of food in the city. Full bin of food and the front counter attendant kept laughing at customers when he made a mistake instead of apologizing. Front counter attendant prioritized his friends food and visited - to the owner, shame for understaffing on Black Friday, shame for allowing such terrible customer service. My burgers sat in the staging steel for 15 minutes until the staff figured out what was going on, make food serve it and serve it when it’s fresh, however that’s not happening. I asked to have the burgers remade fresh but they refused, even asked for them after 5 minutes of waiting. ABSOLUTELY 🤮 GROSS … too many poor service employees that don’t care about their job. Arby’s is across the street and Red Swan Pizza down the street both way better. Also got 4 small fries, the fries were not served equally portions-Blind and no attention to detail. Anyway not friendly (just excuses for poor service and mistakes instead of apologizing to the customers for their mishaps) Someone needs to start teaching these employees to communicate respectfully with their customers.
