Kidz Castle — Local services in Saskatoon

I contacted Kidz castle a few weeks back to inquire about their new service of bouncy castle rentals. I was very pleased with a quick response and friendly service. A few days before our rental it was very smoky from the wildfires so I inquired if their weather policy would cover in case it was still the case on my event day to which to confirmed it would be. We decided to rent the ice cream truck for my daughter’s birthday and it was a HIT! The kids loved it so much some came back the next morning to enjoy it more before it was picked up.

The morning of set up, they gave me a call asking if I wanted to go through with the rental since the winds were hovering around the upper limit of what is allowed for the castle. I told them on the phone that I thought it was safe considering where it would be set up and asked if they could come see and we would go from there. When the crew arrived they agreed that my placement was well sheltered from the wind and I agreed to go through but deflate it if it got too windy. Set up was quick and they even secured the castle to my trees to ensure the safety of the children. The crew was nice and respectful as well, which is always appreciated when a service is provided.

Take down was also quick 24 hours later! We were able to use the bouncy castle up to when the truck pulled up for take down.

Ultimately this was a great experience. Definitely worth the money. The service was friendly and efficient. The rental was in great condition and very sturdy. We definitely set the birthday fun standards high for the years to come....

Had a birthday party at kids castle. The kids love this place. They love the ball pit and love the giant foam legos to build forts and things. And now they have a giant bouncy castle too and my son loves bouncy castles. We had our son's birthday party at kids castle last year, and last year they supplied the treat bags, but this year there were no treat bags supplied. They said that instead of treat bags, they supplied more tokens so that the kids could earn tickets and pick prizes so that they kind of make their own treat bag. But not every kid decided to play the games that gave tickets, so only a few actually won anything from the games. I would rather there be the treat bags. Since I had a few parties there last year, I didn't read closely enough to know that they didn't do treat bags anymore. so while I'm upset that they were missing from this party, but it's my own fault for not reading the description this year. The party happened to be on the day of a giant blizzard so there were snow drifts everywhere. They didn't have a shovel. Kinda wish I had brought one so we could get in and out of the doors and parking lot a bit easier. but amongst the guests, we managed to use our own tow ropes and ingenuity to get everyone in and out of the doors and parking lot.

Overall, it was really good. I just hope that they go back to supplying treat bags...

Under whelmed. My kids 6 & under were semi entertained for about an hour. We have visited other play centres and it is usually a struggle to get them to leave with in a few hours, here however was the opposite. The youngest kids there seemed to be having the most fun. Being brand new it's clean and has some neat really features. Two games were out of order and none of the games are really are great anyway. Paper towel dispensers in bathroom didn't work. We peaked in the party room and it is well done and very cool looking. The party room is also a very nice size, big enough for everyone to be comfortable not too big for craziness. Staff was friendly and helpful but spent most of the time at the front counter, would be nice to see some general supervision in the play area. (There was a parent playing on the fire truck, we had to ask him to move so my kids could play. That's not the staffs fault but it would be nice if they noticed the parent. As he was problematic on other occasions) The wall murals are really nice. The actual play structure doesn't have a lot going for it. The ball shooters are neat. Maybe we will go again but not likely unless there's a function. Just feel we paid a lot of money for very little...
