Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I was at your location tonight July 31st at approx 8pm. I ordered at your drive thru. My order was for a Medium Banana Split Blizzard. I haven't ordered one of these in years. I was really looking forward to it! I usually order something much smaller and simple. The last time I had a blizzard it was thick and amazing flavor. Tonight was a huge HUGE disappointment! The Blizzard was thin and and flavorless. It had tons of frozen chunks of pineapple and nothing else! I am sorry but this was SAD and disgusting! No sign of any banana at all...not even any flavor! When it was handed to me there was melted sticky mess on the outside of the cup. I was in my vehicle. No napkin was offered. Oh man it was bad. Never again! SAD response from management regarding my review. This is obviously the way you coach your team of employees to make "not what many DQ goers would call a Blizzard". SAD! Do not go to this DQ location in Hampton for a Banana...

I live near this location, so I go here a fair bit. I do enjoy their food, but it's a miracle when they get my order correct! Missing onions rings, wrong burger, one wrap instead of two, missing fries, smoothie instead of Julius, wrong flavor ice-cream cone... I could probably start making money by placing bets on the wrong order. Food tastes good, service is good, just can't get my order right! In fairness, they've only got my order wrong the last six out of ten times, and it's been over the last few months, so it's not all the time. It's a minor inconvenience, but still annoying. Yesterday; July 13; I went to buy some milkshakes for the pump attendants working outside in this weather warning for EXTREME HEAT; When the owner found out I was doing that; he told the employee at the till to gave me a discount; he smiled at me and said to me: "- random act of kindness". WOW !!!
