Manager doesn't own up to her faults and tries blaming my girlfriend that there was no apartment number to buzz but then continues to say that the driver buzzed( how do you buzz an apt if there is no suite to buzz in the order?) My girlfriend put the wrong phone number accidently and said that to her and then I heard this "manager" argue with my girlfriend from across our apartment that we are in the wrong BUT YOU HAD THE BUZZER NUMBER.... She continues to say we are in the wrong and says driver will be right back to deliver it ,considering my apartment is down the street from dominos i myself called back to talk to the manager almost 15 minutes later after she said driver would be right back(literally a 2 minute drive, if that) and it was the same girl who blamed my girlfriend for something that wasn't our fault, I said okay at this point our pizza is going to be cold(and it was) but she claimed i was "yelling" at her because I said can I talk, all she wanted to do was cut me off and talk over me and then decided to hang up on me. Read moreI'd give zero stars if I could... Ordered a pizza with extra cheese to take home about forty minutes out of the city... Got home, open it up and there was barely any sauce on the thing and they're definitely wasn't extra cheese. So I called them and the manager got on and said he remembered that exact pizza and he made it very , very well for me...lol It was very, very bad and then.He said that I couldn't even get credit for it even though there's a Domino's guarantee right on the front of the damn box staring you in the face when you open it up... He said I would only get a free pizza if I brought the old one back and I told him I'm not driving back into the city wasting 2 hours of my time... It's absolute BS!! Here's an idea... just make the pizza how I ordered it it's like these guys running the place are just making up their own rules and disregarding What Domino's has in place...These guys make domino's pizza look very very bad. We order pizzas well done and they are doughy still, uneven toppings and our Brooklyn style pizza was cut so uneven you got huge pieces and then little tiny pieces!
Getting take out for pickup late at night and the employees are standing around talking and goofing off resulting in undercooked uneven cut pizza!
Update : The response we have received from Mr. Ron Jennings the franchisee owner was above reproach, very professional and seemed to really care about us as customers and wanted to make sure we didn't give up on Dominos!
Mr.Jennings literally went out of his way to visit each location to make sure the pizza ovens were in good operation and the temperature was consistent and correct at each location.
Thank-you very much for the concern of your quality, you definitely know the importance of happy customers and would like to add that we continue ordering at Dominos and the service and quality is MUCH better and...
