Saw this on some Reddit reviews and decided to check it out. Parking in a lot, can be cramped but we found a spot. We walked in and were able to get a table no issue. Greeted by staff. We were told to choose our seating. Menu has good selection of options. They have a large ramen variety with customization. They also have quite a few specialty sushi rolls to choose from. I got the tonkatsu ramen and we got some rolls to share. The ramen broth was tasty, I loved the noodles and the presentation. I’m not personally a fan of pork belly but they didn’t have chicken options. However it was good and I would likely get it again. The sushi was great. Fair portions and fresh, not too much rice, good filling ratio to rice. They don’t cheap out. Good flavours. The service was attentive and pleasant. Food was quick to come out. We didn’t wait long. I’d say it was priced fairly. I will return with my partner to show him a good ramen time. My friend mentioned the hallway and the bathroom were a bit old and grungy looking, so she wondered if the kitchen would also be dirty. Either way, great tasting food! Would return.

My first time here and definitely won't be my last l. I am always on the lookout for delicious ramen place, and this place is amazing. I ordered the Takoyaki to start and it was just like how I remembered them, with Dan Dan Ramen as my main. The miso soup was so umami and the kick of sechuan chilly oil gave just enough heat. I was going to end there but couldn't resist ordering some deluxe sushi. I grabbed the Salmom Toro, Scallops and the Ebi one. The fish roe bursts in your mouth and gave you delicious flavour with each roe, the scallop were smooth and soft- but the best contender of the day had to be the Salmon Toro. This is, most definitely like eating a piece of heaven. The Salmon was soft and the marbling of the fat already gave me an idea of how beautiful it would be. It was beyond my expections for sure. Highly recommend if you would some great Japanese food. The green tea refills were just perfect!

Definitely authentic Japanese food. From the decor, to the uniforms worn by staff, this is a great place. It wasn't busy, the service was great, and the menu quite affordable. I had the takoyaki and the Tonkotsu ramen. The noodles were done perfectly, but let's be honest... it's the broth that really makes the ramen. The pork marrow broth was delicious and hearty. It was served with two slices of pork, some bamboo shoots, lettuce, and a hard-boiled egg. It definitely lives up to its description--the holy grail of ramen. Can't wait to try the rest of the ramen selection. My only qualms were that the pork slices were a bit cold and I would have preferred the egg to be soft boiled, not hard. Also, it seemed that the takoyaki wasn't fried to order, and so it seemed a little underwhelming. Either way, everything was delicious!

I've tried sushi all through out saskatoon, October is probably the best around in the city, the first sign I knew they were great was the line up they had haha, the wait time can be 15-20 mins before we got a table but the food was well worth it, the level of quality and flavor on every dish we tried was almost superb, takoyaki was delicious and it seems like only October makes them around here, their red dragon roll was amazingly flavourful, I will say on a fair note for the price, their salmon sashimi is criminally small and thin, the freshness was not at the optimum but was fair enough for safe consumption, their tempura was nice and crunchy, with a hint of sweetness which is nice, their cheese aburi was very buttery and nice, but their highlight would still have to be their ramens, had the shoyu Ramen and the pork melts ij your mouth with sweetness and savory saltiness that balances so great, the soup was just perfect, and the noodles was cook just right, this is a level of Ramen I've only ever seen in another high end place from a bigger city, top level food, the amount of time the food was being made and brought out was quite quick considering how busy they were, the back end of the restaurant are pros, sadly the front end staff needs more help and also polish up on their service, like confirming customer orders or prioritizing customers who came first, otherwise decent customer service, but this is still the only sushi cuisine I'm coming back to...

My friend and I went here for supper on a Saturday night. We arrived at 620pm and there was a group (3persons) ahead of us. They told us there is 30 minute wait as there is no available seats, though I did notice that the seats by the "bar" was open. There was a two seater table at the waiting area, tucked in the corner - which we got seated in right away so it was nice not to wait that 30mins. Got our menu and placed our order for some sushi around 630ish and the server informed us that the sushi is a little slow but assured us they are working as quickly as they can.

It got busy, people were coming in, they got seated at the "bar" area. And they all got their sushi. The group before us was leaving and paying for their food.

It was 740pm and I've asked them if our sushi would be arriving anytime soon and they kept saying how it was backed up. I was confused as we noticed that people that got seated at the "bar" got theirs and we were in before them. The only order that came to us was the Takoyaki, not even the seaweed salad or fried squid got to us. We paid for that one order of food and left.

It feels like we were forgotten and ignored, and that they catered more to 3or more groups of people. I can't say much about their food, but I will say for a restaurant that has a menu highly consisting of sushis - then you should be able to meet the order demands. This was such a disappointing experience as were both excited...

Came here for lunch today and had sushi - delicious!

Food review: Red Tuna Sushi - Very fresh and tasty. You can tell the quality is high. While each piece is expensive, sashimi/sushi lovers will appreciate it. Pan Fried Dumplings - Really good. Nothing mind-blowing, but great taste and cooked perfectly. Spicy Tuna Roll - Amazing. I don't know what kind of sauce was mixed with the tuna, but it was delicious. Perfect amount of crisp with the roll. A.B. Roll - Amazing. Tempura salmon with avocado and tempura bits - drizzled with a couple sauces, one being teriyaki. So delicious. Hawaii Sunset Roll - Wouldn't order again. Not bad, just not amazing. The "crab" is imitation crab meat, and after the first two rolls, this one was underwhelming. It is very fresh tasting though, so for people looking for that, it would be perfect. Alaskan King Roll - Good. Another salmon tempura roll, but no contest to the A.B. Roll. The roll size was generous, but almost too much. I would definitely go for the cheaper (tastier) option next time.

Atmosphere: The place is clean, brightly lit and welcoming. The washrooms are clean, and even though the toilet paper was completely empty, they quickly ran and fixed it after being notified. Unlimited tea served with your meal. The staff were courteous, prompt and friendly.

Summary: I will be coming back here for sushi, and I can't wait to try...
