Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Supremely disappointed in how Panago Pizza on 51st Street in Saskatoon handled our incorrect order for our small gathering of less than 10 people yesterday(just to clarify). Perhaps our first mistake was ordering through Skip the Dishes instead of straight through Panago Pizza, but after ordering pizza for our hungry kids as a treat they sent the pepperoni pizza with cheese even though you can clearly see on the instructions no cheese (because there was no option to choose no cheese when ordering). We had five very excited kids when the pizza showed up only to find out there was cheese on the pepperoni pizza. Two of our party do not eat cheese on pizza, one because of an allergy. We quickly contacted Panago Pizza on 51st Street and even spoke to management regarding our issue and that they sent the wrong pizza. They told us multiple times we needed to go through skip the dishes (good luck contacting someone there) to get our error fixed even though they were the ones who made the wrong pizza. They refused to make the correct pizza and have it delivered to us because they said it was ordered through skip the dishes and we needed to have the credit applied through skip the dishes even though we told them multiple times we don't want a credit we want a pizza that our kids can eat. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating watching two of our kids not get pizza at all because of a so-called contract between a third-party delivery company and a local restaurant. I can tell you that we certainly learned our lessons and we will not be ordering pizza through Panago in the future nor will we be using Skip the Dishes if this is what happens due to their delivery policies. When visiting Saskatoon, Panago Pizza is always our reliable alternative to pub food, cardboard steaks, overpriced room service or typical fast food fare. Panago's quality is always spot on and we're always satisfied that we received our money's worth in product. 5-stars well earned, thanks guys! UPDATE: Something has changed at Panago! I wrote the first part of this review while my wife was in grabbing our pizzas and I should have waited as our last visit was a massive disappointment. The final Bill for our 2 ‘premium’ thin-crust pizzas was over $60, sadly each pie didn’t have more than $2.00 (retail) worth of toppings. I ordered pizza at my work place. Requested extra suace. I have posted pictures. Sauce was coming out of the pizza. Topping were floating on the suace the box got dirty too. When tried to eat, toppings fell apart ofcourse due to tons of sauce and soggy crust. As I complained one of the owner anish sheth in panago called my customer care to complain about us having pizza from another store while working in another pizza place. I would say you gotta be smart to complain fake. Do not give correct phone number and wrong name we can still find yout. I love the pizzas over there but nevermind.
