I usually use the Lawson Heights location but moved recently. Three strikes the 22nd Street location received.
They close at 11pm, I placed an order online at 10:20pm. I received an order confirmation and on the app it said theyr received my order. After 30 minutes I called because the app wasn't updated. They told me if they receive an order after 10:45 they don't go through with it because it's close to close. I told them I sent it at 10:20pm and provided the confirmation number. They told me they didn't receive it. Ok.
I ordered a pepperoni p'zone and got it delivered. When I received it the delivery driver said he had no change and handed me a debit machine even though I specified both on the app and on the confirmation phone call I would be paying with cash. So he got a 6 dollar too on a 14 dollar order. And the p'zone was mishapped and had barely any filling.
Yesterday I ordered a p'zone and went to pick it up. I opened it at the store because of what happened last time and 60% of it was crust. Usually it's about 25% crust. I asked them to make me another one as I got another bad one. They refused and told me "that is how they look now." I told them it wasn't and said I would like a refund I will go to a different location. They gave me 9.90 back. The p'zone costs 9.90.... they kept the 1.08 tax. I asked them why they were keeping the tax. They apologized and gave me back 50.cents saying "no pst on food" to which I showed them my receipt and said I was charged both taxes as is law in Saskatchewan. They said, and I quote "ok ok fine it's just a dollar ok calm down."
I ordered a p'zone from the Lawson Heights Pizza Hut directly after and it was 25% crust and filled appropriately. I asked them if there has been any changes to the p'zone design. They told me it has not changed. So 22nd Street lied to me.
Avoid this location at all costs. They give bad food, are stingy, argue with you and try and rip you off.
Call Lawson Heights Pizza Hut. Never a problem in 5 years with them. Tried 22nd Street 3 times and each...
Read moreOrdered food tonight, they called to tell us they have no salad with the deal we ordered online. The only thing they would off us is bread sticks or cinnasticks. We wanted extra wings but that wasn’t an option.
So we cancelled our ordered..then we went back online to see what we could order that we actually wanted since our original order alread came with bread sticks and we didn’t need two orders.
We called back and said screw it place the order we cancelled and give us bread sticks because we didn’t want to waste anymore time.
We get our order and after the delivery driver left, we looked at the bill and we charged 11.47 extra and didn’t receive our dip we paid for. We called the store to say you over charged us and she said the deal you ordered was an online order only and you called to place the order (yes the one we cancelled and then decided just to order it). She doesn’t want to give us our money back and she’s the “manager” on duty.....
The real manager will be getting a call first thing...
Read moreIf I could leave less then a star I would. We ordered pizza tonight..when it came, it looked like the driver had dropped it on the floor. The entire pizza was squashed into the other side and half of the pizza was pushed under the other side...kind of stacked up. So phoned to let them know what happened, our son had not been listening to the conversation and had come out and taken 2 pieces out of it. So I was told that they would need the old pizza back AND they would send out a new pizza, minus 2 pieces. WHAT?? Is that even legal??? I don't mind sending back the pizza but you are actually going to cook the pizza then take 2 pieces out? How about "oh you had a hair in your lasagne...I will send out a new one minus ;the 5 bites you already took out....I would NEVER order from this restaurant again. Good luck everyone, I hope you NEVER have...
