Ok everyone! I have a very important review for you readers.

Please be forewarned about The Red Swan Pizza at WestGate Plaza. I strongly warn about accuracy of orders, customer service, and unfortunately cleanliness.

What horrible service!!! I ordered very VERY clearly to start my conversation....2 CHEESE PIZZA, I know what I ordered because I have 2 Halal students. Also many of my students wanted cheese Pizza.

I also ordered, 2 pepperoni and 1 HAWAIIAN. My phone conversation consisted of me repeating myself, as the guy taking the order was not very good at taking orders.

I thought he had the order correct but unfortunately, he had trouble taking the order in many ways. It wasn't only this that was frustrating. I would have been happy for them to offer some sort of compensation, or provide at no charge the 2 cheese that I had ordered. Instead they took the approach of not satisfying the customer, but checking with the employee about placing the order. Because he says he asked 3x to clarify the order it was not his error (he DIDNOT clarify the order 3x) So...they didn't make things right based alone on what he said....just continued to defend their need to be right, rather then protecting their reputation in providing great customer service. If there was any clarifying done between us on the phone, it was about pricing. I spent $100... perhaps justified on an order that would have turned out to be correct. $100 is alot to swallow for the disappointing service, and questionable cleanliness of the food. Also, should they charge 4.95 for delivery service on a $100 order???

Then, there was 2 ants found on one pizza, which they were not even addressing when I called back. So to say the least about our pizza party, I had 2 students unable to eat the pizza, and ants which didn't entice the students. So heads...

Extremely rude, constantly hanging up on me, they don't deliver to the exhibition area? But they did just a few weeks prior.? I made it over there and waited over an hour for it to show up it never showed up so I called and I guess my order was never made in the first place. So then they make my order, and they asked me if it's her delivery or pick up and I needed it delivered with debit another hour goes by and the guy finally shows up doesn't even have everything I ordered nor does he have a debit machine. He wanted to take the food back to the restaurant get the debit machine and come back so the pizza would be extremely cold by then. They run such a terrible business, and it's really too bad because I actually like their Pizza. The owner is just really need to learn how to run a business properly and efficiently and treat their customers with respect. I will never order from there again ever.. I wrote my first review a year ago and they just responded to it 2 weeks ago you really think I still have my order or receipt? I don't think so you're Pizza parlor is a joke no joke.. and not to mention, it is extremely expensive two pizzas and I believe a pop I can't remember exactly in the order but I do recall it was over $70...

Absolute worst experience. They gave us the wrong pizzas . I called in and explained what occurred the man who answered who says his name is “ Will “ was so ignorant and rude , said he couldn’t do anything , I asked if I could speak to a manager . No manager was In and he said he didn’t know when he would be , because “ he won’t be in tomorrow “ I’m completely taken away by this experience . Wow . Didn’t offer to replace , didn’t offer a refund , was completely rude !!

—— Update : Received call not even an hour later - from someone claiming that the manager saw my review. They offered me to pick up next time 2 medium free pizzas, then asked me to remove my review ( absolutely not ! ) Since I didn’t remove my review, the next day I get contacted again and they ask me to remove my review once again. I do not owe this place any loyalty, and will not be returning regardless of what was offered to me. I stand by my review- make appropriate changes !
