Santa Lucia Pizza Saskatoon West — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I had gotten in on one of their pizzas one day, and it was absolutely stellar. I couldn't wait to have a big check so I could go back and get it again! So, having high and wonderful expectations from the last one I'd had, I dropped about $70 or so on my order. I'd ordered a $40~ pizza, wings, and jalapeno poppers.

And was insanely disappointed. The food was cold and underwhelming, chicken on it was dry, the tomato was soggy, the mozzarella was not the REAL mozzarella in slices that I'd had on it last time. The wings were dry and so overcooked that the meat basically shriveled up under a crispy, tasteless outer layer. The sauce was also included on the side, not on the wings themselves. The jalapeno poppers for some reason used pickled jalapenos? Which was just plain disappointing, idk, someone might like it, but I didn't. The filling was also drab and tasteless, which made the overall bite of them a crisped,...

The lemon pepper wings were unseasoned on a few. Also, the honey garlic sauce wings were almost bare. Too much batter of the wings! My first bite, I chomped into an uncooked part, and it felt slimy, so I spit it out and inspected the drum of the wing. It seemed cooked, but I lost my appetite 😕

It's certainly not worth $16.50, especially when you have no choice but to order a pound each flavor. For the 2 pounds of wings that did not taste fresh. Do not order these wings!

The vegan mozzarella breadsticks are way better than the mozzarella bread sticks. More garlic flavor on the vegan.

Ordered through Skip, the food arrived in a timely manner, and the delivery driver followed...

I've had several orders messed up when trying to order online. One person in my household eats vegan. They order from the vegan menu, yet even if food ordered on the regular menu everything is sent with vegan cheese..or everything is dairy cheese. They decide to make the decision without checking if it's a mistake on our part. This happened multiple times. The lady who answers the phone is rude,yells and blames you. They tell you they don't have an actual solution to fixing the problem. One suggestion was they would send us back our cash.."tomorrow" Will not order...
