Twice in a row when going through this drive thru in confed area there was a printed message on the order menu that they were either closed for the rest of the day or they were understocked. When I pulled up to the drive thru order place, i was having a conversation with my partner and the Starbucks employee chirped in in a disrespectful sarcastic manner to ask what we were talking about. Unprofessional. Then continued to talk to me in an unprofessional scolding manner. Will never be back and drove away without ordering a thing today. This employee needs to be dismissed from dealing with customers, not skilled in dealing with the public and serving people coffees. Highly recommend the drive to the Idywyld Starbucks location. Read moreI frequently visit to get one of my favorite drinks, a peppermint mocha, no one makes it like starbucks. It's always delicious, however today when I went through the drive through i was handed my drink and it felt quite light, almost too light. I drove to work and once I pulled into my parking space I popped the lid off of my $7.50 drink only to see that it was only filled to between 1/2 & 3/4 of the cup. I was dissapointed to say the least. Called the store and the manager said I would get a free one on my next visit.

Than didnt even bother to try help me. Had to ask for help. I waited for maybe 10 mins while they were fixing drink which i had no problem cause i get when stores are busy and the lady after me waited like 2 mins to get her purchase.
